neglected room, when maintaining the elevators I had to go up and down 2 times and I was on the 22nd floor with a recent knee surgery and a child under 8 years old. The next day we couldn't stand our legs, room without gas so there was no hot water and the stove impossible to work. When we arrived, 2 beds were wet, the pillows were super dirty, stained like rust, towels were also dripping, quite far from the boardwalk so there were no options to do anything nearby.
