酒店很好找，有保安帶着停車，房間很大，連鎖酒店也很有保障，體驗了一下梅州這裏的慢生活，風景優美，東西也好吃，客天下傍晚的燈光和風景都很美，酒店附近也很多夜宵店，不錯不錯

酒店有接機服務，大堂的工作人員小哥哥和小姐姐也很熱心，有問有答，酒店房間也安排的很好，又大又温馨，也不吵，服務態度非常好，還給我們推薦了好吃的糖水店和梅州的特色美食！！！梅州人真的超熱情的，而且連鎖酒店有保障，體驗感滿滿！！

我住的532房間，WIFI信號實在夠嗆，飄忽不定，一會有一會無。什麼原因？酒店查下，如果這個問題解決了，那就完美了。停車位充足，這點很滿意。表揚5樓保潔員，很熱情，有求必應。

床頭連充電插口都沒有，房間一股味道很差，衞生也不好，馬桶不乾淨都不敢用。入住後看到這樣立馬退房定了別家，寧願不要那房費了。以為維也納品牌還不錯的，總之是不推薦入住。
