體驗非常好，房間不光智能，還乾淨衞生，床非常舒服！另外不得不提你們的自助早餐真的非常好吃！我幾乎天天都去吃，煮粉的阿姨都認得我了[破涕為笑]

出差路過梅州在攜程上選擇了這個酒店，酒店位置在市區交通還是方便，免費停車，停車管理員很負責任。前台服務員態度冰冷不熱情，一句話都不説不多説（不知道什麼原因）？想吐槽的是早餐過於簡單，要了一個醃麪等了好久都沒有吃上，過去問一下説是早就做好了，結果端上來我一看沒辦法吃了，暈……

1.入住時收了200按金，退按金時退了180，我不知道是什麼直接給退了 前台也不説
2.這是我第一個住酒店消防安全通道一點也不安全，一開門我的天在户外，拿幾個鐵架子搭起來的消防通道，而且消防通道門還沒有關嚴
3.浴巾總是潮濕的，總感覺沒有弄乾凈
4.房間裏總有淡淡的煙味
5.我第一次遇見找酒店要兩瓶水服務生在那裡跟你説半天，礦泉水每個房間限量，多了不給，我真的很無語，真的算是活久見了。

酒店很乾凈，早餐也挺豐富的，前台001服務很貼心，出行很方便，周邊有麥當勞，肯德基。遇到些小問題，酒店也迅速解決。

總體尚可，基本符合評分，但有改進之處，房間太小，電子坐便器好像除了沖水其他功能不好用，樓下花園放的聲音有點吵，電視遙控器對角度要求比較高🤭
