In our two years of living in Casablanca, the one place we wanted to ensure we visited was Chateau Roslane. We'd become a fan of the Le Coteaux de l'Atlas wines and wanted to experience the winery first-hand. It was well worth of the wait, and worth the two nights we enjoyed on property. The staff was incredibly cordial and welcoming; sincerely glad to be of service. Lunch and dinner meals were excellent; paired with some wonderful wines produced on site. Our tour of the wine-production facilities was equally enjoyable, as our guide, Yaccine was quite knowledgeable, and had been locally trained in his viticultural knowledge. As being someone who has traveled extensive through Bordeaux, Priorat, Panedes and the Douro Valley in the past year, he would fare well against those whom we encountered that were educated in formal programs. The waitstaff were also incredibly pleasant and eager to serve. What they may have lacked in certain nuances of fine dining, they certainly made up for in enthusiasm and pleasantness. Overall, this was a wonderful experience; one which I would recommend to anyone from an oenophile to someone simply desiring a relaxing stay among the sprawling vineyards and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great wine hotel in countryside. Perfect stay for a few days, good cousine and very good wine. Suggest to join with winery visit. It is just short ride from the main road. Clean and big rooms with view to the garden and the pool. Great to sit outside and relax.

The restaurant is spectacular and service was good but food is average and doesn’t justify such a high prices as 240 MAD for lamb tagine or 220 MAD for chicken. I asked for a glass of red wine and it tasted like the bottle was opened a while ago so I asked them for another glass from fresh bottle but they refused. It was disappointing because I spent 240 MAD for 2 glasses of mediocre wine They could have at least few different wines by the glass to choose from, since it is vineyard after all!

Next level hospitality. Treated like family with genuine kindness but also complete professionalism. Such a terrific experience to be in isolated historic winery and feel totally safe and taken care of in every way. We only could get in for one night but when we arrived they allowed us to tour the winery cellar just after it had closed. Guide was so genuine and informative. Really a remarkable story. The service next to the pool was terrific (enjoyed all day as they allowed for late check out). Food beautiful and delicious. Herb and veg garden wonderful. Transfer from train station a good thing to do for ease. Loved running in 'trails' around the vineyard. Would have stayed longer if we could have!

Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens. Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge

Luxurious resort in which every architectural and decorative detail reminds of wine and vineyards. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. The restaurant, l'Oliveraie, has an attractive setting, with an interesting distribution of tables around two large olive trees in the center of the room (fake, but beautifully crafted to look like authentic plants) and outdoor tables set in the large garden overlooking the vineyard-covered valley. In the morning, the restaurant offers a very rich buffet, either for a continental breakfast or for a more typical meal with local products; for lunch and/or dinner, the menu offers Bordeaux/French-inspired dishes and revisited local cuisine. My rate is not five stars because something is missing to achieve excellence: probably lacking a supervisor for the hotel part (the rooms are a bit "neglected"), the waiting times at the restaurant are longer than usual in relation to the type of facility; also, the tasting-i.e., the wine-food pairing-requires more thoughts considering that this resort is part of the wine estate (tapas should "accompany" the type of wine being served and, most importantly!, be served with the wine and not afterwards). Another point would be that such a resort should also be able to accept credit cards that allow holders higher spending plafonds (e.g., Amex). However, I would like to point out that my stay was really pleasant and that this little corner of Bordeaux in the Maghreb is really worth a visit to refresh oneself from the chaos of Meknes, pamper oneself in a nice spa and enjoy peace, beauty and good wine.

We have been in Morocco now for 10 days, travelling throughout. Until today, we have had a truly memorable time. Today at this hotel, we experienced terrible customer service. Not only is the hotel run down but some of the staff there (especially Mr Nassr in the restaurant) are terrible. Please avoid this hotel as there are many better hotels near Meknes and Fes, Morocco

The winery is amazing, we got to visit the new facility as well as the old facility built by the French. However, we were a bit disappointed while doing the tour. We felt that it was more amateur than professional. Would definitely recommend more training to people there.
