The apar**ent itself is nice but cleanliness is non existent and i has to clean myself. The flat is a heat trap and guest experience from Kukun does not care. The air con unit does not work and you have 34degreed centigrades throughout the day. Completely unacceptable when they describe it as a luxury apar**ent

We liked everything about the property except for one minor detail...the sofa bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable because it's too narrow and it doesn't open up as a bed...I would definitely stay here again but would like to suggest a twin bed for the second bedroom. We really enjoyed the property!

The entry process is somewhat cumbersome but guarantees security during your stay. Very good location if you go to the Paseo de la Reforma and Zona Rosa area.

The apar**ent has a privileged view, everything matched the photos. It was very clean, spacious, well lit, comfortable and very central.
The staff was friendly, and they gave me several very useful recommendations.

I really liked the attention of the host, who responded immediately. The building, although a little neglected, has very good amenities. The apar**ent is spacious, with a very comfortable main room. The second room is very small and a little uncomfortable sleeping on the cot. Ideal for 2 people.
They left me a bottle of wine (thank you very much!). The only two details were a discarded tissue in the bathroom and the smell of fresh paint in the room. Other than that, the stay was very good.
