Disgusting. NOTHING AT ALL like the photos they show. I booked two rooms for 700 dollars. It was beyond awful. My daughter literally cried because she said we were not safe there. We couldn’t even stay. We had to book another hotel for my family and another family to stay at!!!! Never in my life have I been so mislead by photos on a hotel site or ******* site. Do Not Book!!!!!

This hotel was undergoing obvious refurbishing and renovations. I think this place will be breathtaking and much nicer when it is finished than it is now. When we stayed there were some issues, though. From having room discrepancies from what was reserved (easily handled, the staff were very accommodating) to security problems (the outer security doors never really locked and people wandered in and out) to issues with bedding (only a single light sheet provided, no extra available and no heavier blanket) and some bugs this was very much a mixed bag. However, the location is fantastic and the the inner courtyard is gorgeous.

The pictures on the internet DO NOT match the room we entered. There was un unrecognizable odor, only a sheet on the bed, and 1 pillow on each queen bed. There was also blood drippings between the 2 beds.

My criticism is not directly about this property, but it relates to the amount of head-banging music that comes from the night club/restaurant right next door. There is no quiet until 2am. I suggest they figure out a way to have the restaurant baffle the sounds between the walls so to at least muffle the music and banging vibrations. Thank you.

Dirty, insecure, unorganized (room was not ready at check in, poor staff communication between cleaning and front desk staff, no staff at desk during check out). Not great.
