The environment is good. After waiting for two hours, there is still only a room on the first floor. The hot spring is good.

The hotel environment is relatively good. It takes a long time to check in on the day of check-in. The front desk can't give an estimated check-in time. They don't call in advance when the room is ready. The experience is not good. The parent-child playground is very small and there is nothing fun. Most of the entertainment projects need to be paid separately. The hotel environment is OK and the air is fresh.

No one wants to take a hot shower and then have it turn into cold water twice in one night. I visited Fu Sheng Yu for the second time. The last time I came was on a normal weekday and everything was fine. I was a little disappointed this time. I won't talk about the good things, today I will only talk about the problems. It was a bit cold on May Day, with an average temperature of about ten degrees. I turned on the air conditioner as soon as I entered the room. The panel showed that the hot air was 30°, but for one or two hours, there was only air supply and no temperature (the reason will be explained later). I started to take a shower in the evening, and the water temperature turned cold halfway through the shower. I called the front desk, and the master came to deal with it quickly. He said that he forced it to open because the boiler was self-protecting, and told me that I didn't need to turn off the water pipe and tie it again, so it wouldn't be cold again. I asked about the air conditioner by the way, and he said that because it was hot some time ago, they turned off the hot air, and Ha came here to help me restore it. Huh? Because you operate it outdoors, we turned on the air conditioner for nothing in the afternoon? After thanking the master, I waited for him to leave, and then I took a shower. Then I won the prize, and the water was cold and never hot again. The master's promise made me feel sad, but it was really speechless to "shower" twice in a night in the weather of more than 10 degrees. What would you think if it were any other guest? The next day, I went to the restaurant for dinner. I understood that there were many people on May Day, but I didn't expect that the reception capacity was really anxious. Looking at the first and second pictures, can you understand the feeling of powerlessness when you have to wait for the dishes to be washed before taking them out with your baby? I hurriedly drove to the town and ate a bowl of rice noodles, which was considered full. Eat as much as you can. If you can't receive so many people, you can consider limiting the flow or selling rooms without breakfast. It's not scientific to receive wedding banquets on the same day when you can't receive your own guests well~

4.4-4.5 Check-in, the hotel is far from the city, the taxi fare from the high-speed rail station is expected to be 80+. The facilities of the 700+ bed room we booked are very average, the lighting is very dim, the room is very small, the outdoor bathtub is dirty, and the hotel internal line cannot be dialed out. The good thing is that the hotel service is OK and responds at any time. The maze and the horse farm are recommended. The hot spring is crowded during holidays. The battery car is very convenient.

The mineral water is 348 ml, which can be replaced with 500 ml. The small bottle is not enough. The environment is good, and the bathing pool on the balcony is also comfortable. I will come again next time.

The price is a bit expensive, probably because it's Chinese New Year, the room cleaning is not ideal, but the environment is good, the hot spring is very good, it's very convenient to soak in the hot spring while staying at the hotel, the service attitude is good, and they also agreed to set off fireworks in the outdoor square area (there are special people to supervise safety and arrange cleaning), I like the humane management.

I stayed in a garden suite, and I personally feel that the experience is not worth the price. In general, it is a mix of local and foreign. Environment: It is indeed large enough, and some villas are still under construction. Although there are horse farms, mazes and archery ranges, only the horse farms are in normal operation. Other facilities... look dirty and messy, lack of maintenance, and the archery range is a pile of rubbish. Hot spring: The spring is not here, there are enough pools, but it feels like there is only one large natural hot spring pool. The water temperature in the large pool is suitable, and it is great to soak in it. The other pools are just for experience. Room: The suite is large enough and the facilities are relatively complete, but the details are a complete disaster. First, the location of the TV is neither in the center of the sofa nor in the center of the bed, and the location is very strange; Second, the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides are very nice, but the curtains need to be completely manually pulled... and you must check carefully whether they are pulled properly, otherwise the outside can see the inside clearly. Wouldn’t it be better to have electric curtains? Third, there is no trash bag on the trash can. I don't understand why. Fourth, the design of no main light is a copycat. There is no design and no essence. It cannot be controlled independently. It is either fully turned on or fully turned off. After turning it off, it depends on three small table lamps for lighting. One table lamp at the bedside cannot be turned off and the filament of one table lamp is broken. I can only take out the bulb to sleep at night. The night light in the bathroom cannot be turned off. It is very annoying. Fifth, the pillow is too bad for sleeping. Once you fall asleep, you will sink into it completely. There is no sense of support at all. Sixth, it is too difficult to adjust the hot water in the bathroom to a comfortable temperature. It is either cold water or scalding hot. But the water pressure is very high, and the water pressure is full. Seventh, the balcony cannot be used, and the door lock is directly blocked by the parent-child bed; Eighth, only 3 bottles of water are given, each bottle is 350ml. How can it be drunk? Fortunately, the service staff came to deliver water in the middle of the night. I like this service. Ninth, the room design is obviously a parent-child room for three people. There are three pairs of disposable cotton slippers, but only two sets of bathrobes and sandals are provided. Why? I don't understand, are children only fit to sleep when they arrive? Tenth, the sofa is just a cushion placed on a board, and people can't adjust to a comfortable sitting position at all, because the cushion will slide when you adjust it😂 In summary, this resort is completely unworthy of the name of a resort, so choose carefully.
