This Easter we stayed at the AZZ Langreo Hotel and the experience was disastrous due to the apathy and lack of professionalism shown by all the hotel staff. The reservation was made for three adults since our son is 12 years old and is not considered a child. I emphasize the three adults since, as will be seen in the story of what happened, it has its importance. Check-in went without incident (and with very brief explanations in which we were told that breakfast was served until 11:00, this information is also important for the story), but when we arrived at the room the problems began. The room reserved (a junior suite) on a bed and breakfast basis showed obvious signs of deterioration due to the passage of time and the bed was minimal by the current standards of a four-star hotel, in addition the mattress was crying out for a change and The remote control for one of the televisions did not work. As if all of the above were not enough, one could sense that the room had not been cleaned very thoroughly and both the shampoo and the gel were at a minimum. In addition, there was no trace of the bathrobes that should have been there since it was a junior suite. We reported the problem with the remote control to the hotel reception and they resolved it quickly. When we returned to the hotel at night there were two bathrobes and we called reception again indicating that there were three of us (remember that the reservation was made for three adults) and they told us that the child does not have a bathrobe and that one towel is enough for him. We did not insist since we did not give it excessive importance. The room had not met our expectations, but we hoped to make up for it with a good breakfast. How wrong we were! Breakfast was chaos with very little variety of products and slow, very slow replenishment. To make matters worse, the maintenance person (in his safety shoes and work clothes) was going in and out of the kitchen with food from the breakfast buffet. As if all this were not enough, after finishing the breakfast service, the employees stayed in the dining room chatting and eating the leftover breakfast products standing and leaning on the countertops where there was still food that had not been removed. Someone should remind them of basic food safety rules. The stay at the hotel was a bit annoying, but as everything can get worse, the final fireworks were missing. The day before our departure the gel ran out and we thought that when we made the room they would replace it without any major problems, but at the AZZ Langreo things work differently. When we returned to the hotel at night we found that not only had they not replaced the gel, but they had not even cleaned the bathroom, nor replaced the used towels, nor emptied the trash cans. They had only made the beds (mainly the sheets) and in the case of the sofa bed there was a missing part.

Price quality is great, very expensive breakfast, and we were very hot in the room since the air conditioning was not activated, otherwise it was fine

We had a gift of a VIP chest in which the spa was included. They denied it to us, claiming that it was not updated, which was not true because they gave it to us recently; Even so, and paying on our own, we tried to go to the spa, they told us that it was busy until 8 but that we could go later. At the moment of truth, they told us that neither, that it was also busy. In short, bad information and no disposition. The facilities and furniture, poorly maintained.

In order not to repeat We had been coming years ago and there is an abysmal drop in quality. Only the staff who are very friendly are saved. Dirty room and hotel, dining room in the cafeteria, the well-kept spa but without a bathrobe or room to change if the check-in is after 12 and a battle breakfast, bad brick juice and very little variety. I do not recommend it for the price paid
