The guest rooms have sunken kotatsu tables and the homely hospitality makes you feel relaxed. The open-air bath along the mountain stream is something you won't find anywhere else. This is an inn you'll want to visit again and again.

- The cleanliness of the accommodation was good, but the family bathhouse smelled and was not well maintained, so we did not use the family bathhouse. (There may be individual differences, but in my experience of using many ryokans, the management was not good) - The room configuration is poor compared to the high price (500,000 won per night) (they gave us a room without a bathroom, but after a difficult request, we changed it to a room with a bathroom that was barely big enough for one person to stand) → I felt that the friendliness was somewhat lacking in this process. Put on - It was a unisex open-air bath, so I couldn't use it properly. It was unfortunate that there was no prior information. - It was disappointing that the Gaisetti set meal served for dinner was pork shabu-shabu instead of Korean beef shabu-shabu. Other ryokans serve beef at that price, but it's a small thing, but I feel like the quality of service differs in various ways. ● Since I already knew about the surrounding amenities and tourist attractions, it would be good to note that there is a lack of things to do if you are not planning to go skiing or hiking. ● Other than that, most of the staff were friendly.

There were six of us, but we were far apart and couldn't pour each other drinks, and we didn't get very excited during meals, so a big table would have been better. ・The bath at night was quite lukewarm. The open-air bath was also lukewarm and cold, so we got out quickly. It was nice that it was hot the next morning. ・The miso soup for dinner had hard ingredients (carrots and radishes) and was bland... Maybe I expected too much because the reviews were so good.

The staff were very kind and the hot spring was one of the top three I've ever experienced. I've recommended it to my friends. The head chef's attention to detail was particularly evident during dinner and breakfast. I'd like to go again if I have the chance.
