One Resort Aqua Park & Spa

This is the worst hotel. Dirty, food is diabolical and a complete shambles. Only been here a day and desperate to leave. Room is dirty. All sunbeds are broken, took 20 mins to get 4 unbroken beds. Plug sockets hanging out of sockets, literally fatal if touched. Music round pool is incredibly loud and poor quality. Don't know what else to say really. Do not book to stay here. 4* my @@@@!!!!

Back today from a week's stay & had to write a review straight away whilst all fresh in my mind. We arrived midday to a very welcoming greeting, we're given welcome drinks straight away. We had to wait an hour or so for our room but that was fine. Room for 2 adults 2 children, spacious, very clean! The shower is also the most powerful shower I've ever had, was brilliant. Only ****** were that the beds were a quite hard, but we still slept OK, if you've got a bad back like my husband we just used the spare duvets in the cupboard as layers & he slept better. Pools, clean, not too busy in May & water wasn't too cold, I could use the pools and I'm a baby when it comes to temperature. Water slides are a brilliant addition and open most of the day. There's a cute little section for younger children too, smaller slides, etc. The lifeguards here were brilliant, when it was quieter they'd be in the pool with the kids splashing and having fun, it was great to see. The lifeguards on the older kids section too also made a bug effort with the children, fabulous. Sunbeds, plenty of them, didn't encounter any issues ever getting a bed, even when we went down at 11ish! Entertainment - the entertainment staff make this resort. They make a huge effort & seem happy and energetic ALL day, don't know how they manage it 9am - midnight but they do. We aren't a family that usually get involved as prefer relaxing, but we played water polo, football, bowles, had a foam party, etc, I've never felt comfortable enough to want to get involved before, credit to the staff! The reviews that say they only talk to the girls, rubbish, they included everyone! Unfortunately, it's the girls that get involved with the activities most of the time so that explains the crossed wires perhaps. There's a kids disco 8:30 nightly, then they offered later entertainment such as Greatest Showman, Bingo, White Party, Comedians etc. Food, typical all inclusive offerings. You'll find something you like as there's plenty of choice. The pasta bar, burger bar, beach bar & ice cream/pancake bar are a good alternative. Drinks are fine too, I always found something I liked, cocktails are good too. Beach, clean, mostly plenty of sunbeds and if there wasn't the staff were very perceptive and would get more straight away. Tipping! I would recommend offering a few dinar when you can, we tipped at dinner a few times and found that when we did we'd be kept a nicer table with bottled water, bottled coke waiting for us. They also greatly appreciate it. The gentlemen working in the burger bar & ice cream section are also very nice & appreciated a tip too. The cleaners do a good job, room was cleaned daily to a high standard, so we left something for her too and some British sweets. A few dinars here and there doesn't break the bank and its a nice thing to do in my eyes to recognise good service. Cleanliness, you will constantly see staff cleaning...everything was spotless. We came here for a family holiday for my 30th birthday. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are fab, great variety of food and the spa was amazing. Don’t have a negative from our experience but the animation team are by far the hotels biggest asset! They never stopped smiling from the minute we got there, always happy, always dancing and never stop! A great range of activities from morning to night, something for us all. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel any more, will definitely be back in the furture! Thank you for making our stay special!

We came here for a family holiday as a group of 11 and we cannot fault anything about this place from the food to the service to the amazing entertainment team. The resort is beautiful and the staff could not be any more friendly and attentive, they go above and beyond to make sure your time here is so special. I have never been somewhere with an animation team like it, they are up from dusk till dawn making sure everyone in the resort is having the best time and oh my can they dance!!! I cannot recommend this place any more it is just fabulous

We were in this hotel 2times and we were very satisfied every our visit. The hotel provides a high level of service. Large selection of food. Animation program troughthout the day.. you haven't chance of getting bored. Animation are ongoing since opening of the hotel. Animation team is super!!! I liked sports activity with Stam (stretching, step, aqua gym). And night shows are super!! I recommend it to everyone and i will gladly com back.

Overall the experience was great, the animation team was out this world Chris - Dali - Jackson - tayzon - fredy and Ali gave us the best days in the park, I think there needs to be a better selection of food for kiddies in the restaurant and spiders under the beds needs to be rid of before guest arrive, but only little things really, I would defo go again, in actual face we got home yesterday and are booking again, just a note easyJet you were amazing from flights to customer service. Amazing place would recommend to all.

Just returned from a weeks stay with my husband and toddler. The resort is beautiful. Very clean and the cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the reception to the guy who helped take suitcases, cleaners to the restaurant staff, waiters, beach guards and everyone in between - thank you so much for looking after us and your hospitality. There were endless options to eat at the International buffet restaurant and we tried 2 of the a la carte restaurants which were absolutely delicious and top notch. There was plenty to do in the resort, both for adults and kids. My toddler loved the kids water slides and pool and lazy river. He loved the games in the lobby area too There was also kids entertainment on pretty much daily. My husband enjoyed the adult pool and slides and did archery. There is a spa on site which I did not get chance to go to. There is a bus stop directly outside the resort which takes you to sousse for less than £1 for 2 adults and a child!! There are a couple of shops selling lovely items in the resort, might be cheaper to go to the actual markets outside of the resort but good for those who don't want to leave the resort. My favourite things were the burger bar and pasta bar. I loved the olive, chilli and garlic pasta the chef made! And the dessert bar was great, really tasty icecreams and pancakes with chocolate and bakeries usually on offer in the afternoons too. I loved the friendliness of the Tunisian people, even outside of the resort people were so helpful...giving directions and helping with the pushchair etc. Beautiful grounds with so much on offer (football court, golf, archery, fitness things on daily). My little one enjoyed the foam party in the pool. Only thing I'd say in terms of improving is WiFi wasn't available in all places, in our room you'd have to go in certain parts to catch the WiFi and the pillows were abit too bulky for me! Also didn't get a duvet which when we were staying was still a little cold at night (I personally always needs a duvet)! Thank you again

A pleasant stay. The beach is nice, the pools were freezing. The staff are lovely. The food was good but a bit repetitive as it tends to be in these resorts. Make sure you take cash to exchange as you can't do it on card in the hotel as I found it. The staff in the dining hall are lovely, and if you sit in the same area each day, the staff there will have your table ready with drinks for you. The WiFi only really works when you are near the reception and even then it's not great.

Lovely clean resort dedicated staff buffet best I ever experienced, bed a little hard is only negative I had but so clean room and great walk in shower. Would recommend several pool all with lifeguard s and entertainment is fab put on by genuinely talented staff who love their job and it showd
