The service is not good, the room key does not work at all. Moreover, the check-in is not in the lobby, but outsourced. You have to take the elevator to another small room to check in. The environmental sanitation is also very average. It feels like it has not been cleaned...

Checking in was a bit of confusion
Wish they had told us they are independent of the hotel operation
It was a small room packed with checking in guests
Process was slow due to one check in at the time
The towels are old and lots of lint, the living room has no curtains for privacy
The streets were a bit noisy
Otherwise the stay was ok

When we first arrived at the hotel, we doubted if the Werfy reception was on the ground floor, but a staff member directed us to the fourth floor. Perhaps putting up a signboard could make it easier to find the reception. Other than that, the apartment is nice, clean and close to old Montreal.

Beautiful place to enjoy with your family. Our apartment was on 9 floor. It has a beautiful view. Kitchen was fully equiped. Staff at customer service were very polite, pleasant and understandable. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to old Montreal.

Great place to stay. A little home away from home. Building is very modern and clean. Easy walking to metro, old Montreal and good restaurants. Receptionists were very helpful and efficient. Will likely stay here again when I am back in Montreal.

There was no cleaning service daily like the bed being made after each night. I think this needs to be mentioned at check in.. also the shower pressure is not great.

We had a nice stay. Our room had a nice view of the Montreal skyline. It was very easy to get to transportation into the popular parts of the city. The kitchen was well equipped, though it would be nice to have a few more kitchen tools. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
