Will not stay here again. Staff wasn’t super friendly at check-in… barely greeted me. Asked for my ID, then have it back and asked for it again 30 seconds later. The hall to our room was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Room was ok, but there was a red, sticky substance on the back of the tv chair. Also one of the toilet paper rolls was almost empty. To top it off, on the morning we were checking out, I went to pull a clean dish bowel down and discovered it was covered in old/dried Mac & cheese- gross!! When I notified the front desk, the only thing said was “I’ll let housekeeping know”. No apology or anything which was pretty appalling!

I thought the room was very nice. I tried to contact ******* to ask if I got a senior discount but could not get through at all. it would have been less expensive for me to directly book through the hotel to get AARP/Sr. discount.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The staff was welcoming and kind and the breakfast options were not the usual fare, but excellent and plentiful. The property is very near a McDonald's, Starbucks, and Jet's Pizza with easy access on and off the highway. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room suited us very well with plenty of storage, counter space and even a full sized refrigerator and table.

Hotel location was good. The value was good. Very clean room. The tv was very small. It didn't work initially. The front desk clerk came to room to get it working. The AC could have been better. There was very little air movement in the room. The stay was average.

We had to get a new room because our toilet didn't work in the first room. Next room was ok. The breakfast was not very good, for the cost of the hotel, I expected a little better. Would have been nice to have a variety of teas, instead of 2.

Stacey Ann checked us in. She was very personable, professional and courteous. But... While the room met our expectations, I am sorry to report that the hot water was minimal.Upon check in, all I could get was a three minute warm shower. Next morning, I squeezed one minute. There were other guests who complained as well.

Check in very slow, one spoon in the suite, it cut my lip due to being dropped in garbage disposal. Went down to get another, nope, locked up till breakfast. Got one next morning, cleaning crew took while cleaning room same day.
Needed an extra pillow, no sir. Missing remote needed to watch Netflix. Had to request another, took several calls to other staff not on site to locate one. Cables all pulled on back of tv so had to figure out the correct wiring. Cleaning crew swapped out towels, no face cloths so another trip down to the desk to get some. Bathroom door squeals when moved so everybody wakes up any time a bathroom trip needed at night. Any of this outrageous? No, but adding all together, pretty poor service!
