Hotel Jackson

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. I loved the convenience of it being right around the corner from the town square - very easy walking throughout the whole town. The valet staff was very friendly and fast! The front desk staff was friendly but at times, seemed to not know what they were doing - but special shout out to Andrew for being so kind! The housekeeping team was also very kind and our room was spotless and cleaned every day. Our room was right over the lobby, so it was a bit loud until around 11pm every night - we had asked for a quiet room so that was disappointing. The whirlpool was great, so make sure you make a reservation ahead of time for it!! My biggest complaint was the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the food was AMAZING. Super delicious! But where it failed was the restaurant staff -- holy cow, they need some help!!! The restaurant is very small and only has about 10 tables. Even with a team of 3 working and only half the tables filled, the service was SLOW. We had a female waitress who was very kind (I don't remember her name!), but the service was incredibly slow. What should have been an hour lunch turned into 2.5 hours. The man who appeared to be the manager was not friendly at all and did not pay attention to his patrons. He even asked a family to leave after he sat them 2 mins after lunch hours. They ordered drinks, received their drinks, and then were asked to leave! If you sit someone at closing, you should serve them! For a hotel where you are paying close to $1,000 per night, all areas of service should be exceptional so the restaurant was disappointing. The night manager however was much nicer and provided better service when we got drinks in the evening.

Terrible customer service. Booked a last minute trip - 2 rooms. Subsequently, I found out my daughter had to take a test for school on one of the days. Called a few days later and they refused to cancel. They took my email down incorrectly and never advised me of the cancellation policy. Stay away!

The service was amazing! Always looking to see what they could do for you. They remembered your name, and greeted you whenever you came down to breakfast or came back to the hotel after a long day! The food was delicious(Lebanese). The location was ideal. And the place was clean. I strongly recommend!

The hotel itself was lovely. Clean, well-appointed room with all of the necessary amenities for a great stay; complimentary water, both still and sparkling; comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding; an electric fireplace, everything that one could need for the bathroom and well as incredible views from the balcony. The restaurant at the hotel, Figs, was also very good. We did one breakfast and one dinner and the food was excellent. They have a really cute library with a ton of books and the best ambiance. Do check it out. Also, the location is perfect for walking around town. The staff however was the icing on the cake. Absolute top tier employees at this hotel. The guys at the valet were immediately welcoming: there was Sutton, Whit, Cameron and Binya. Then at the front desk we were greeted by Bri’s warmth mixed with both familiarity and professionalism. We also had Taisiya a couple days and she too was wonderful. At Figs, our server both times was Binya, and he also was pleasant, informative and went above and beyond. Special acknowledgement to house keeping. We didn’t get their names but every day our room was turned over to perfection, nothing missed and nightly we received a turn down service and surprise, a fresh water bottle on each night stand as well as a full bucket of ice. All in all, one of, if not our best ever hotel stay.

We chose this hotel because of its prime location close to all of the shopping and dining in Jackson Hole. It did not disappoint. All of the hotel staff were over the top nice and accommodating. The bartender Criff was friendly, attentive and made outstanding drinks. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We will be back!

Best accommodations ever. Beautiful space, clean, attentive, friendly, comfortable. Everything was amazing, the people, the place, food, service! Cannot express enough how impressive this place was.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jackson. The location, hotel and staff were all amazing and our overall experience could not be better! Our stop over in Jackson for a few days was part of our celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made our stay a very special part of our trip! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jackson WY.
