None of them are good, except for the appearance, the cleanliness and so on are just like a small hotel. It costs 1,400 a night, which is really bad.

Отдыхали в гостинице в январе 2022 года на новогодних праздников. Выбирали специально около Патриарших прудов, так как любим вкусно поесть. Отель безупречный. Цена оправдывает качество обслуживания и качество номера. Все новое, чистое, очень приличное. Все необходимое в номере имеется. Номера просторные, хорошо освещенные. Рекомендуем и сами ждем момента, чтобы вернуться вновь

Локация отличная. Размесили быстро и очень приветливо 👍, чисто , комфортно. Подушки «грустные» , постельное белье на 4 , полотенца старые 🤨. Номер был тихий( просили при бронировании) и просторный , завтраки отменные. Весь персонал отличается командной работой и вниманием к гостям , супер!!!

Отель начинается с отношения к клиентам !!!! Не о каких 5 звёзд речи не может идти ! Отмечали день рождение жены на патриках и просто удобно было пешком дойти до этого отеля , так его выбрали но зря !!! К сожалению забыли один паспорт супруги сказали об этом администратору Даниилу , он сказал что решить вопрос можно только так , ОТПРАВИТЬ ему ЛИЧНО на карту сбера 5 тыс рублей по-другому никак !!!Нас такое отношение взбесило , хотя мы могли заказать и через полчаса нам бы привезли паспорт на такси ! Администратор говорит давайте тогда оформим возврат , мы соглашаемся с уверенностью того что нам вернут деньги ! И уезжаем в хаят который в 10 минутах езды ! Дальше звонит Управляющая , говорит что будет разбираться и на след день перезвонит , ждал звонка целый день в итоге звоню сам , а она говорит к сожалению камера звук не пишет и вообще мои сотрудники не могу так сказать !!! Если управляющая обещает перезвонить и не перезванивает то я не удивляюсь что администратор требуется пятерку с клиентов при входе в отель !!!!! Бомжи !!!!

Чисто, современный интерьер, центрально, не-синтетическое постельное белье 👍, выдают халаты и тапки, красивый вид, наборы для личной гигиены и вода/кофе в подарок, бесплатный wi-fi, вежливый персонал. Не хватило только завтрака (но уютно позавтракали в кафе рядом) и также шумоизолированно насколько это возможно, но все же стоит учитывать, что в сторону Садового кольца шум от машин немного слышен. Отлично провели время и уже хочется вернуться в Hartwell💕
