The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The receptionist could see that I was exhausted and advised me to rather order room service. As I was travelling on a package I have always been forced in other Tsogo Sun establishments to go for a buffet (which I don't like) and this made me feel at home. My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and it was just a wonderful experience. The staff here goes above and beyond; and they made every single moment here a home-away-from home for us. The food is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would never think of staying anywhere else in South Africa.
