The hotel is new and has a very good environment. There is an open-air swimming pool and gym on the top floor. You can see the beautiful night view of the mosque, which is great. The smell of decoration can still be smelled in the public areas of the corridor. When I put the water in the bathtub, I found it was very yellow. I asked the lady at the front desk downstairs and she said it was a government issue, which made me feel bad. By the way, the air conditioning, bed curtains, and lights in the hotel can all be controlled by electronic panels, but the panels seem to be extinguished at night, making them very bright and affecting sleep💤 I’m used to giving good reviews

Breakfast is quite good and rich, both Southeast Asian and Western food. It's just that the hotel is old, there are many people, and it is noisy to come and go. It is the oldest four-star hotel in the area. However, the waiters are all local and have a poor sense of service. As a business trip, it is not suitable, but if it is a parent-child travel, it is good, because downstairs is the Patong Night Market, a lot of delicious, and shopping malls, convenient shopping.

Great location with many shopping and eating places within walking distance. Decent selection of local food at the buffet breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our family of 5 was fortunate to have a complimentary upgrade of one of our rooms to a suite in order to have interconnecting rooms. However, condition of the rooms were quite aged and the aircon temperature cannot be adjusted which made it very cold most of the time. In-room Wi-Fi definitely needs improvement as you have to pull a chair and sit near the room door for a decent signal strength. Overall still a reasonable place to stay.

Stayed for 1 night in early May 2019. Overall just an Ok hotel but you are getting what you paid for. Unfortunately during my stay the hotel's wifi wasn't working and it made it a horrible experience as I was on a business trip. Imagine being on a business trip overseas with no interest. Subsequently I had to use my phones 4G that costed me so much that I could have stayed in a better hotel for that money. Cleanliness is ok but since the building is too old so you that ”moldy smell”. They extended my checknout time till 4 as I had a late evening flight and it was the biggest plus with the hotel. I .right stay again until I find another hotel with similar rates and better services
