Lovely facilities, and an extremely service-minded, hard working staff. Beautiful room for two adults and two children. The 9pm shows for children was an unexpected, much-appreciated treat. Had not foreseen that one of the holiday highlights would be a ponytailed, Spanish grandad blowing spectacular, smoke-filled bubbles for the endearing young crowd. However, some minor issues: Spanish beekeepers cultivate some of the finest honey. Yet, at the breakfast buffet the honey was crystallised and mal-placed behind chocolate sauce and sugary syrup. Please, move the honey to the yoghurt and fruit area, and use fresh, non-crystallised honey from your local beekeepers. The acoustics in the “kids club”, with squared concrete walls and ceiling, had no acoustic adjustments. Spending time there was therefore a hazardous experience, and more-so, a health risk for the poor staff. Similarily, the restaurant desperately needs acoustical treatment to better the experience of visitors, and especially the hard working staff.

A hotel with its ups and downs. We arrived around midnight, and the check in was so slow. Around one hour we had to wait in line with crying kids, and when we arrived at our room, the bed for the kids were not made, and we had to search the cabinets for bed sheets and covers (there were no extra pillows). The rooms were clean, the pools and quality of the drinks were great. The food were average.

Lovely family holiday for 4 and 1 year olds. Food was lovely, location great, staff all friendly and helpful. Pools and children’s entertainment very good.

Was in Spain for the first time, will definitely be coming back. Loved the hotel. Great staff who was always helpful and kind. The only small minus was that the hotell didn't have a lot to offer for us traveling without families. A tip could be to have a little more music at evenings /nights and maybe caraoke. We hope to come back to dance the safiro dance with the animators/staff again :)

We had a wonderful stay here, me, my mother and my 5 year old son. Everything was great, clean, very good food (!)

My first impression was really good but the lack of taking action from employees was very disappointing! We made a comment that a couple was smoking at the pool where kids were swimming. The lifeguard didn't take any action I told the receptionist she was supposed to talk to the couple but I did not see that happen. We paid alot of money for an all inclusive experience. When I was at the outdoor bar one man asked if his daughter could have icecream from the all inclusive box. The waiter said no it's for all inclusive people only the man said make an exception and the girl could take the icecream. Later that day they were eating all inclusive ice again. The same thing with the lunch there is no control if you have an all inclusive tag on your wrist. Next time I would recommend people to book only breakfast or breakfast and dinner such the rest is free that all inclusive guest pay for.

First stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed! Have stayed at two other zafiro hotels but this was by far our favourite so far in terms of set up. Room- 1 bed suite which was of really good size. Plenty of storage. Sofa converts to a bed. Travel cot provided for a small charge. Be mindful that a lot of the rooms face onto the middle of the hotel overlooking the entertainment. The first room we got was as close to the stage as you could get so we kindly asked to switch and they were able to put us facing the outside of the hotel and we then didn’t hear any noise which suited us with young children. Food- Good standard and choice for all inclusive. Good options for kids. Always had pasta/pizza and usually either chicken nuggets or fish fingers. We never went hungry. Food cooked to order from a menu in the pool bar which was nice to break it up a bit. My only complaint was lunchtimes where the main restaurant is located from outside instead. This wasn’t advertised clearly on jet2 we took it as all three meals were served inside however lunch was cooked and served outside. Not a huge amount of tables and no real shade from the sun so I can imagine in the height of the summer this could be an issue unless it is only outside when it isn’t peak season. Also at times the labelling of food wasn’t great. At lunchtime outside there were no food labels at all so it was a guessing game or you had to ask the staff what it was. Breakfast and dinner there were usually labels but not always corresponding to the correct dish etc. Entertainment- from what we saw it was really good. Lots going on during the day for kids/adults and then evening entertainment from 8.15 onwards. Mini disco by the pool at 4pm. Again timings much better than other zafiro hotels we have visited. Location- booked private transfers with jet2 and it took 45 mins from the airport. Beachfront location which was lovely. Took a bus into c’an picanfort one day which was fairly straightforward and can also go opposite direction to Alcudia. Taxi rank outside the hotel. Supermarket at the front of the hotel has a really good selection of everything you could need. Pools- Good choice of pools, kids one was a hit! One thing we noticed was that nobody put towels out on beds at early hours. You wouldn’t see towels appear until closer to 10am which was lovely to not feel like you have to get up and rush to secure a bed. Again whether this changes in peak season but the hotel appeared pretty busy whilst we were there and it was half term. Would recommend slip shoes in the kids pool. My son had a really bad accident on the one day he didn’t have them on which resulted in a trip to the hospital. We saw a lot of other kids slipping on the way up to the slides so just be mindful. Staff- Staff were very friendly particularly on reception. I can’t fault them for there help when my son had his accident. Hopefully it won’t be needed for anyone but in the unfortunate case you need medical atten

We went with 6 adults and 4 children aged 2,3,5 & 7. All the children had a great time and so did we adults. Good pools and entertainment in the children's pool, clean toilets at the pool area. Nice and helpful personal. Good food and a lot of different options, but i miss a kids corner where the children themselves can take food, ice cream and fruit. Now there were quite long queues as both children and adults take from the same queue. Cab warmly recommend their ala carte restaurant, very good food, drinks and service.
