The Paradision Hotel is situated in the new port area of Tourlos. As will have been mentioned in many of the reviews the hotel is set on a very steep hill and the concrete road surface is quite difficult under foot it’s actually easier to go up than down. Although the hill is steep the hotel is not that far up it please take the hill into consideration if you have any mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you I’m in my 60’s with a dodgy knee and I could make it. That aside the hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff helpful the pool deck has great views across the port to the town without the hill it would not be so good. €2 get you from the new port to the Chora ( Mykonos Town) on the Seabus, if arriving at the ferry terminal be wary of the taxi tours who swarm around the ferry port they quote ridiculous fares form the port to the hotel €35-€50 for a 5min drive. A legal taxi charges from €10-€15. Taxi from hotel to Airport is approx €30.

The staff are amazing at this property and go out of their way to help. It’s a lovely place to stay for a short trip (we stayed as we were catching the ferry at the nearby port). The only issue for us was the hill was a bit much for us, we are 2 young(ish), fit people and even we struggled with the hill to and from the hotel in the heat. Perhaps they could start a shuttle service to and from the port / Mykonos town. Otherwise great stay, lovely breakfast.

Good location with great view over the ocean. Nice pool area. Unfortunately no gym equipment just a dance studio. Restaurants just 50 m feeom the hotel and just a 150 m walk to the busboat that take you to Mykonos town for 2 euro/ 20-30 min. Also other boats leaving from here. The personell was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Only small downside is that the hotel is located up on a hill with 50 m walk that require at least normal physics.

Perfect trip in Mykonos thanks to Paradision Hotel, beautiful spot and lovely people. Alex gave us really good advices to fully enjoy the island. We definitely recommend the place, especially during September where the weather is perfect and there are less tourists ! Thank you !! Alexis & Marion

We were at paradision for the second year in row. Everyone is so good to us. Big plus for being outside the vibrant town. Easy to take the boat to Mykonos Town.

This was the perfect hotel for our 2.5 day visit to the island. It is located right by the port, so if you are taking the ferry you are right there. You can walk from the ferry to the hotel, probably only about a 15 minute walk, however there is a killer hill to walk up which can be challenging with luggage. The hotel itself was quaint, clean, and had a fabulous view away from the hustle and bustle of town. The family that owns and runs the hotel we’re all kind and helpful. They provided a hearty breakfast spread filled with traditional Greek foods as well as a fantastic coffee machine! I give this place 5 stars and would recommend it to couples and families!

Hotel was fine with friendly staff. Some areas starting to show age. Very good swimming pool and surrounds. Nice outlook across harbour and bay. We found access difficult on a extremely steep street with uneven surface. We would not recommend for older people wishing to walk to the property.

It was a nice hotel, super clean, excellent service. The only issue would be for someone who needs an elevator. We were fine without one. The breakfast was very good

Perfect for my young family. Very quiet area. The view is amazing but what stand out the most is the kindness of the staff. Family run business that really take care of us.

Very nice hotel to stay in the outskirts of Mykonos town. Using the seabus or the bus it is possible to reach mykonos in 10 min. The hotel was clean, the personnel nice and cooperative and the breakfast was very good. As special highlight the wonderful view of the port from the pool. Please be aware that there is a 200m steep uphill road to get to the hotel (in case you are planning to get to the hotel walking from the port).

This small and very friendly hotel sits on a very steep 10% gradient hill, not a walk for everyone but well worth the effort, the view is stunning and we loved sitting on the balcony or next to the pool watching the world go by. The hotel is family run and feels like it, Alex is the star of the show, always there to help and offer advice, nothing is too much trouble for him or the staff. Often we had the pool to ourselves which felt very special sat watching the boats come in and out. Below the hotel there are two excellent restaurants we worth a visit. Getting into town is easy and cheap just jump on a sea taxi for €4 return each. A great way to get into town and back. The room was a great size. The only small negatives that would not stop me coming back are, shower head, there is a rain shower which works fine and a shower head that has no area to secure it so it’s just stashed away behind the pipe, needs a repair, and the bath has been repaired but would benefit from replacing. The water takes a while to run hot so start the shower giving a few minutes for it to warm up, or take a cold shower. Breakfast was a mainly continental but had plenty of choice and all very nice, breakfast is sat by the pool overlooking the new port and town, which is lovely. You can also get food and drink from the pool after 1pm, the young lady who works there is really friendly and can’t do enough to make sure your happy. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back

The warmness and hospitality of this place was exceptional. Alex treated us like family friends. He provided excellent recommendations to suit our vacation style. He also arranged a car rental which was dropped off at the door of the hotel. That was a good thing since one of us was on crutches and going down that tall hill was not a good idea. We did barely manage to climb up by ourselves. We came by ferry and the port is just at the bottom of the hill and only a short walk, but that hill is a 10% grade. If you are fit, you can manage it yourself. No matter how you get up there, you will be rewarded with a fabulous view of the ocean and the port with cruise ships docking day to day. The room was good and had plenty of space. The breakfast was AWESOME with so many choices. We loved trying the local items as well as standard fare like yogurt, fruit and eggs. All of the staff we encountered were kind and friendly. We really liked the location as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. The views were magnificent at night as well as during the day. The hotel felt like visiting grandma's house. Homey and inviting. We were sad to say goodbye to Alex, he was so genuine, humble and kind. We would love to visit again someday.
