I went there because of its reputation. It really lived up to its reputation. The environment, design and management were unparalleled. I was shocked to learn that it was the 600th Hilton hotel in China. I am happy for Hilton!

Facilities: The room configuration and small details are as user-friendly as always. The room I booked this time is on the first floor, with its own small garden and tea room, which makes people relax! Travel photography: The travel photography provided by booking a room filled the free time in the afternoon on the day of arrival very well, and the product was even more amazing! To be honest, I didn’t prepare any makeup and clothes, just wanted to take a photo as I pleased, but I didn’t expect the photographer to cooperate with our requirements and produce a very artistic blockbuster! Environment: What is particularly amazing is the installation flower art arranged in the hotel’s high and magnificent lobby, which is very photogenic! Very artistic! I like it very much! Service: All the staff I met were warm and thoughtful, but not deliberate, and I felt the warmth of meeting neighbors at home!

Check in was too slow, but other services were good. There was no need to pay extra to book the meditation room, which was too small. The regular room was more spacious. The hotel is new, well designed, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were very rich!

The service attitude is very good, warm and meticulous. The location is close to the East Gate of Niu Shou, about a seven-minute walk. The staff was very patient in teaching us how to get to the East Gate so that we did not go the wrong way.

I came here for the Hilton brand, but I was really disappointed!!! The towels in the room were dusty when I opened them! It was obvious that no one had stayed there for a long time, and they didn't change them. The room decoration was too flawed, with dust everywhere, the formaldehyde smell was not completely gone, the air conditioner was neither hot nor cold, and there was no air cooler! The breakfast was also speechless, probably because they thought the salt was too expensive, and it had no taste at all! I will never come here again!

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from the Niu Shou Mountain Scenic Area. There is a hotel parking lot that can be sent to the gate of the scenic area, but you can reach the gate of the scenic area by taking a walk. The environment inside and outside the hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are very new and stylish, the swimming experience in the swimming pool is also good, and the service is generally in place. A small gift was also given when leaving the hotel. This was a pleasant stay and I will come again next time.
