非常差的衞生和服務態度，説我們把枱麪燒燬了一張照片也沒有，在外工作從下午兩點一直到晚上十點半地再騷擾，各種打電話發微信騷擾，私自修改門鎖密碼，並且不告知客人密碼，強制付款1000按金，説什麼領導核查了再決定退不退回按金，實際上枱麪並沒有損壞，弄臟的污漬我們自己也清理乾淨了，兩個女生半夜都不敢睡覺 就怕有人隨意闖入，防盜門也是壞的，身份證貴重物品全在房間內，你們隨意闖入沒想過客人嗎？再者説我們也不是不賠償，你們説我們弄壞了一張照片又沒給我們拍來核實，空口就説我們燒壞了枱麪，回去一看明明什麼事情都沒有，搞得好像我們一定要跑了一樣，強制要我們相信酒店但是你們體諒相信客人了嗎？地上都是灰塵床底還有很多垃圾，並且其他同事退房時耳機落在房間裏，保潔收拾完告知我們並沒有但是定位一直在酒店，前台一直在推脱責任意思是我們帶走了。

怎麼説呢，萬萬沒想到。首先，説句實話，地理位置是不錯的，中央公館，就在奧體對面。房間的優勢就是大然後床墊還不錯，挺舒服。其他的不多説，圖如下。從房間裏的設施可以看的出公寓建造設計之初是有調性的，但是這麼多年來，設施老化也在情理之中，南京老的酒店數不勝數。但是老就是不在意衞生的理由麼！？？？？一入住説沒中央空調也就算了，説是在換季維修，然後各種臟亂，就不能對乾淨有點追求麼……最後早上是被隔壁情侶的聲音吵醒的，門的隔音性為0……為了省得説是同行惡評，我就不匿名了，住快捷酒店民宿都沒見過這麼臟的。

這麼大的房間正常來説至少也要上千了，真的好便宜，旅遊來住一會真的很實惠，還靠近地鐵站交通很方便，房間窗外景觀也很漂亮
