房間跟圖片完全一樣，旁邊就是夫子廟和水遊城，離地鐵站也近，房間衞生也很好，裝修也不錯，唯一就是一米五的床，兩人一起略擠

民宿地理位置很好找，靠近地鐵1號線三山街站和3號線夫子廟站，所以去各個景點都很方便。民宿旁邊有三個商場，瞻園也在旁邊，走路去夫子廟秦淮河很方便。房間設施齊全，投影超讚hhh而且房東也很熱情。

洗衣機是壞的，房間的衞生一般，用品也一般，毛巾發黃，整棟樓環境挺惡劣的，電梯滿是煙味，反正入住體驗是挺一般的，除了位置比較方便，就這樣吧。也就去一次

房間整潔乾淨，出行方便，離地鐵口公交站都近，真正的湖景房，玄武湖就在樓下，離雞鳴寺南京站也近，遠眺鐘山近觀水，湖光山色盡收眼底，性價比高，非常愉快的入住體驗，房東非常有耐心，

首先地理位置非常方便，在夫子廟的附近。過馬路就是，再就是房間和圖片一樣好，乾淨衞生簡約大方，有提供一次性用品，來南京旅遊的小夥伴，下雨天的時候在房間裏喝喝茶也是非常愜意的一種方式，到了晚上的時候隔音效果很好，完全不會吵，非常舒適，再次來南京的時候一定會再次入住

性價比超高的民宿，房間日式榻榻米佈置可以容納多人入住，房東細節做的很到位實景比照片好看，位置出行特別方便，走路5分鐘就到夫子廟離老門東也不遠，房東很熱情有問必答，下次來一定還訂這裏，推薦、推薦、推薦！

房間的格局 真的就如照片所顯示的，童叟無欺。也有極米的投影，看起來還是挺爽的，整體空間比較舒服。衹不過因為我個人對睡覺要求比較高，如果房東可以再改造下窗户用隔音玻璃，再來一個遮光窗簾，推拉門可以和外面再隔開，然後就是床墊升個級，那真的完美了，價格也還能打上去！

地理位置不錯，離夫子廟很近，房間應該裝修時間長了，維護較好，特意弄了場景，但無實用價值，碰不得，不可使用，房間實際使用面積小，有一塊區域是浪費的，放着各種易碎瓷器，帶小朋友的不建議選

看圖片和評價很好就定了這家民宿，位置在一個挺破舊的辦公樓裏面。實話實説，剛來的時候有點失望，感覺很不安全。居住體驗還是很好的，老闆應該很用心的經營這個民宿，衞生間洗衣液柔順劑洗衣機啥的都很全。投影老闆也開了會員，看影片很方便。衞生很乾凈，價格很便宜。比昨天住的五百多的民宿還要寬敞舒適。唯一不足之處就是窗户漏風，窗子把手壞了，晚上睡在床邊風一直吹，第二天就感冒了。。。建議老闆修一修窗户。
