非常非常生氣，服務非常不專業，丟了一個很貴的戒指，很着急，希望酒店可以幫我查一下，晚上打電話説下班了，上午説要等到十點多才上班，別的快捷酒店都是24小時服務，丟東西本來就着急，一夜都睡不好，酒店根本就是完全不懂換位思考

出差或旅行，大多選擇維也納，南京的這家店，還是很不錯的，看到有很多朋友提出會很吵，靠在路邊影響休息，溝通很重要，入住的時候跟前台小妹妹提出要求，自己睡眠淺需要安靜的房間，稍微補點差價，也是可以更換的吖～前台的兩位小妹妹很熱情，謝謝你們！還有保潔阿姨都很熱情的～早上出門辦點事情再回來房間都給打掃好了，退房了還得再麻煩打掃了一遍，有温度的一家酒店～

出差來南京住的這個酒店，很讓人驚喜 酒店的服務很好，很貼心，房間衞生很乾凈，床很舒服，很喜歡這個枕頭很舒服不知道能不能對外售賣。酒店大廳旁邊好像在準備裝修咖啡廳呀 一整個期待住了，希望我下次過來的時候裝修好了，阿姨也很熱情，就是幫忙換個浴巾沒想到阿姨細心的幫我還把衞生清理一下，説怕有水漬會滑倒，很人性化的酒店！很推薦！

出行常住維也納酒店，南京這家店住的感覺特別好，酒店位置不錯，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間乾濕分離整潔，尤其是大床乾淨軟硬適度睡的特舒服，躺下了都不想起來，解除緩解旅行奔波的疲勞；值得稱道的是前台接待人員熱情禮貌,總是笑容滿面令人有回家的感覺。
