Excellent location minutes from the metro, clean apartment with washing machine.
You should contact the host in advance if you are not a chinese citizen. the door lock is a Chinese ID card reader so you will need to contact the host for daily manual passwords
Close to a cargo train depot, so you may be startled by the occasional train horn at night.

房子優點突出：到地鐵站近，去夫子廟、新街口、南站非常便捷；周邊生活配套齊全，美食很多；房間朝南，採光隔音都很好，網絡、電視及洗浴用品齊全，住的舒服。缺點是周圍環境一般，要爬樓梯到三樓。但是房價很便宜，還是值得入住的。

交通特方便，步行到地鐵站七分鐘，到哪都行。房間温馨舒適，設施齊全，隔音不錯，網絡和電視都很流暢，房東也很好，要個電磁爐和鍋，也沒收費用很快就送來了，周邊也很熱鬧，各種吃的都有，價格真的便宜，非常滿意的一次住宿。

地鐵站很近，去新街口、夫子廟、南京南站可直達，又快又方便。房間大小合適，兩人住剛剛好，設施非常全，拎包入住。隔音還不錯，床也舒服，睡得很好。建議到虹悦城逛逛，南京大排檔、哥老官等等有名的美食很多很多～～

房間的裝修還過得去，簡約舒適，但周邊的環境不怎麼行，凌晨約兩點，樓下夜宵店有點吵。
實際與圖片有些差異。住户都是先看中訂房軟件上圖片的房間才預訂，實際裝飾不一樣，少了某些擺設，實際效果看起來就是會打折扣。所以不管照騙的因素，但至少保持房間裝飾和網圖一致，不然無法達到預期。
兩雙拖鞋都是較小尺碼，不適合男生。

每次到南京都住這裏，主要是交通方便，公交地鐵都很近，四通八達到哪都行，然後房間乾淨整潔，設施很齊全，洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐都有，我們到南京住幾天的很實用，還有就是價格特別實惠，性價比真的非常高！

先説優點吧：網上圖片好看，智能馬桶；樓下可以買早餐；
安全：我住的親子房，滑梯和床挨在一起的，中間有一顆裸露在外的【釘子】不是割破腳了我們也是不知情的，所以名宿自己本身是沒有達到標準的，以客人的安全來以身試法，讓客人去發現問題，提出問題；
衞生：一般，像日常家庭打掃，靠牆的軟墊子上污漬明顯，海洋球裏面也臟，可能是食物殘渣；
環境：在一條小巷子裏，沒有前台，自己上樓，進房間門一打開就聞到房間裏一股味，我趕緊打開窗户通風，房間裏剛進門幾步就是台階，還沒等你反應過來就絆到台階了；再説下隔音，能聽見隔壁床聊天撒嬌，尤其我們還是親子房帶着孩子；
服務：服務如微信聊天截圖；
入住之前看人家評論，老闆都會在底下回復並懟客人，我也是拭目以待

環境不錯，都挺智能化的。不知道是裝修沒弄好還是怎麼回事，一進門就有一股黴味，後來才發現是衞生間下水道的味道，我們入住的比較晚，也沒有前台，換不了房間，衹能忍着第二天趕緊換了酒店

離市中心太遠了，圖片很好看結果在一個巷子裏面，裏面是菜場，底下都是小燒烤店，有點嚇人，我看到後退錢，結果老闆不同意，
