來南京遊玩，訂了這家民宿。房間十分乾淨整潔，東西也準備的比較齊全。衞生間收拾的很乾凈，這點做的很好，體驗感真的是很棒!下次來南京玩還定你們家民宿！

可能是我不知道南京民宿是這樣的，第一次見，好評真給不出，但是如果我是出來旅遊的我真的很希望看見真實的評論。
優點：位置好，便宜。
缺點：完全沒想到是那種類似隔斷房的，就像自己住的合租房一樣，每個房間離得都很近，隔音非常不好，隔壁看電視你都能聽見，你音樂放一半的聲音，在外面都一清二楚，跟有鄰居合租差不多。
最重要的是，電梯真的真的真的要等很久，尤其是高峯時期，毫不誇張地説，退房等電梯，差不多快半個小時，……真的。。基本等了4波電梯，從1樓上到頂樓，再下去，基本滿員，又要繼續等，真的崩潰了，對於趕時間的人來説真的很糟心。
衞生問題，沒有太仔細看，因為真的不忍心細看，至少廁所總是有隱約的臭水溝味道傳到你的鼻子裏。不敢貼身睡床上，我都穿着衣服，我露着胳膊，都有點癢。
這棟大廈的民宿應該都是這個格局，可能我第一次來，本地人習慣了，但是真的讓我很壓抑，雖然很便宜，但是在別的地方這個價格我覺得至少能有個傳統意義的獨門獨間吧。

帶着老媽第一次來南京玩，這是住的第二家民宿，和浦口那家比起來，外面看着是有些簡陋的，尤其是我們這間房的窗户正對空調排氣口，沒辦法開窗。
但是居住體驗很不錯，因為這家的床睡着特別舒服，老媽都説好像在家一樣，老闆就住在門口的房間，有什麼事都可以找，服務態度很好。
而且這的地理位置特別好，幾分鐘就能走到新街口地鐵站，附近幾條街都是小吃店，價格也不貴，還有好幾個大商場，熱鬧又繁華，充滿煙火氣。

酒店位置很好，樓下就是新街口有很多好吃的，離地鐵站也很近，適合出來旅遊的小夥伴～
酒店內部環境和衞生還是不錯的，就是廁所有點異味，感覺可能是掛在馬桶旁邊的馬桶刷的味道，但這個價位和絕佳的位置對比其他的酒店已經很好了。
此外由於退房當天下午還有些行程，老闆老闆娘還很友善的幫我們顧了下行李，之後有機會還會再來。
