總體體驗很好的一個民宿。預訂到入住期間的溝通非常順暢，我們是入住前一個小時多才預訂的，房東回覆得很快。
入住的指引也比較明確，但是一開始在小區門口有點懵，和房東確認後才知道可以從停車場走路進入。阿姨還走七樓幫我拿門禁卡，謝謝！
我們是自駕的，要開到-3停車這個有一點點折騰，不過主要在於和父母出行所以他們會化簡為繁……。
位置非常便利，附近有很多吃的，交通也方便。這個價格小區房有門禁，安全，再加上兩個房間還有洗衣機大冰箱，齊全的廚具，洗澡水壓很足加上這個地理位置性價比非常高👍
小建議就是陽台的空花盆鐵架如果坐在長凳上容易撞到頭，希望可以卸下來或者換個位置。
衞生還可以再細節一些些，衞生間牆壁有點點臟，淋浴間下水的地方可以倒點葯啥的（上廁所時我就和一個小強面面相覷😂最後我很抱歉地打死了它）。淋浴花灑有一點點漏水了。還有就是廁所偶爾下水有點慢（通馬桶的道具救我一命）。
以上是我的小建議🙏總體來説還是很舒適的，極具性價比。

✨[進入房間第一眼]很乾凈~很簡潔~
🙋[對於房東，我想説]非常耐心温柔的房東小姐姐~雖然是密碼入住沒有見過麪，但是有什麼要求都會盡量滿足~入住第一天發現洗衣液洗潔精洗髮水不多了，微信告知後很快訂購然後安排跑腿送達，遇到問題微信文字溝通或者直接語音告知很快就處理，屬於超讚房東了🤣
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]一個客廳兩個卧室都有空調，還有烘衣機，還有空氣凈化器，設施堪稱完備，入住後體驗很棒！
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]距離地鐵和公交站都很近~對於公共交通出行的人非常友好~吃的也很多，不過南寧生活節奏比較慢，很多店鋪8點之後才開門，所以不要出去太早，容易沒飯吃🤣當然廚藝大神不用過濾，因為不遠處有超市，買了回去自己做就可以啦 （*≧▽≦）
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]熱水超級給力！這是我最滿意的地方！不管是衞生間洗手池水龍頭還是淋浴器，出水都是chua chua的，完全不用擔心水壓不夠或者温度過低~出去浪一天回來後洗個舒服的熱水澡感覺不要太爽🤣
總的來説玩兒的很開心，雖然有些地方花還沒有開（比如青秀區的櫻花，三月才會盛開），但是人文景觀很棒！各種博物館，三街兩巷，自然景觀也很壯觀，民宿住得好周圍吃的好，景觀宜人，是一次滿意的出遊🤣🤣🤣

建議還是換回大屏液晶電視吧！對於長者來説他們不會用投影，對於看直播新聞電視的人來説不方便。畢竟投影需要會員才能看很多視頻。而且稍微有點光就看不清。其他的很好，消毒毛巾，一次性牙刷都有，就是續住紙巾不夠，應該在櫃子多備幾包。沙發墊下面很多垃圾，希望注意清理。總體不錯，續住了幾天。希望能換個大屏液晶電視就好了！😄
