Very bad hotel, unpleasant experience when you get uncomfortable room and not clean and they change you to the lowest level room which also not cleaned.

This hotel has a very comfortable location and close to the main places in Nanning. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially in regards of the covid test situation.

The buffet breakfast was pretty good. There was local food (rice noodle soup) as well as a selection of hot and cold dishes.

煮了那麼多的酒店沒住過這麼差的：
1，服務態度，極差
2，酒店雖舊，但是衞生真的是隨便搞，及臟
3，房間礦泉水都不給配，打電話去要，既然説你的商務房不配水的，難道總統套房才配水嗎？
4，衞生間真的是骯臟，房間各種設施我都不懂怎麼形容了
5，獨立空調，十幾年基本上沒清潔過了吧？又黑又臟
6，晚上睡覺，一堆的蚊子唱歌哄睡覺
7，浴巾，全是黃黑色的，擦馬桶的吧?
8，手機充電位置，還需要付費的
總結：酒店做不下去了告訴我，我買下來吧！酒店這管理層就像是管豬圈的那樣！

設施：一般一般，沒有熱水沒辦法洗澡，空調老舊，空調沒有暖氣，大冷天一張超薄的被子沒辦法睡覺，太冷了
衞生：看起來乾淨，實際上不太乾淨，茶杯都沒有得換，裏面還有上一個客户喝省的茶
環境：有一股淡淡的黴味，一住進去鼻炎馬上發作
服務：看不出來服務好不好
