怎麼説 第一次住這家 。這幾天天氣不好 冷 ，去到前台也沒説這兩天酒店水不熱，第二天跟前台反映了這個情況 酒店才説 水温上不去（因為天太冷），也沒有辦法解決.最後的結果是我洗了兩天的冷水（有一點點温度，但是是我來説真的冷！）所以我不能接受的原因：1.一開始既然知道沒有熱水 為啥不在入住前説？（我入住的時候我發現水是冷的 我就開始想辦法打電話，在房間裏面沒有可以聯繫酒店的方式，我通過小程序找到的電話號碼也打不通？！）2.當我們反映這個情況的時候 為啥沒想辦法給顧客解決？我們懶得換酒店 畢竟也是連續定了兩晚。第一次住酒店遇到洗冷水這種情況！
