Quiet location with very kind and helpful staff for any request, the area of the hotel is located in an area with little traffic and reserved.
It is also convenient for tourists who intend to travel by metro, the Policlinico stop is nearby

We stayed for new years eve 31/12 1/1/2023 the hotel is nice, the room for 4 is very small. The staff very very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately the room was dirty! Our dog came out from under the beds full of fluff and dirt! Of course we didn't expect anything more like comfort or beauty but at least vacuuming would have been a must.

With a friend we were in Naples for one night and we tried this Hotel. In general we are quite satisfied. The clean rooms. the beds are not extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the neighboring walls too thin. You can clearly hear a person talking on the phone. the classic bar breakfast. nothing salty in the room. I was expecting maybe a little more from a three-star hotel but for 1-2 nights I recommend it

Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff, stanze pulite e cibo molto buono. Carmine il proprietario ti fa sentire a casa, ti coccola con piatti tipici della cucina napoletana come le linguine alle vongole e la pasta fagioli e cozze !!!!!!!!

Durante la gita scolastica organizzata a Napoli, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel con 40 ragazzi, la struttura dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro, strada scomoda e pericolosa per ragazzi, ci vuole mezz'ora di metro per raggiungere Piazza Garibaldi. Il personale si mostra disponibile, la colazione "a buffet" é risultata essere inadeguata per il contesto. Pur avendo comunicato intolleranze alimentari, esse non sono state minimamente considerate e l'alternativa é stata IMBARAZZANTE. Mangiare male a Napoli sembra impossibile, ma non se soggiornate qui: niente scelta, pasta non salata e scotta, qualita' del cibo molto bassa, cucinato male. L'alternativa proposta per gli intolleranti era assolutamente inadeguata. Sottilette e pure'... ma dove mai si è visto??? La pulizia delle camere è sufficientemente accettabile, anche se tra una stanza e l'altra le pareti di carton gesso permettono di sentire qualsiasi cosa accada accanto.
