Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk wasn’t overly friendly or helpful, but seemed accommodating to Italian speaking guests. Ran after me down the street questioning if I paid. Clearly paid on line otherwise they wouldn’t have had my reservation. Who does that?

Hotel is in need attention, the shower could not run for very long or the shallow shower tray would overflow. The situation is unfortunate as outside the hotel is occupied by a lot of homeless people and the litter and graffiti is terrible. The rooms were comfortable and clean. What was strange was that when we arrived and we were paying in cash, we were told to cancel our online booking and we would receive a discount! Very strange way to go on!

The hotel is located close to the station in Piazza Garibaldi. I think this is the only positive point about this hotel.. The room was big but the bathroom was not very clean. The bad smell from the rain water was all over the room specially bathroom There was no proper blanket. The mini fridge was empty. There was no phone in the room so when I needed sth I had to go down to the reception. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

Stayed here two weeks ago the rooms were really nice and clean. I mistakenly left my wallet in the room rushing to the airport. We reached out to reception and they found it immediately. They sent pictures to verify it was the correct wallet and said they would send it immediately to the address provided. Fast forward two weeks and I still have not received my wallet. I was given a tracking number by the hotel and it says there are no packages with that tracking information. They messaged telling me that we are lucky that they are an honest hotel but I’ve yet to see the honesty they speak about. Until I get some honest information regarding my wallet my rating will stay at 1-star for a dishonest hotel. I will update my rating to an easy 5 stars as everything else was class about the hotel. We will continue to call the reception even though they continue to either not answer the phone or pick it up and put the phone down. We are simply unable to reach the hotel, except through WhatsApp which has been limited with information. Like I said already fantastic hotel and my rating changes completely if someone would reach out and communicate what is happening with my property.

Perfect location and perfect room condition. We suggest you to stay here when you visit Napoli. Breakfast is also perfect and you can find to eat where ever you come from. Reception guys are also so helpful. Cleaning room is perfect. 10/10 pu.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here. I would give minus stars if I could. They are intimidating, crooks and liars. The hotel is still under construction - I asked the hotel a few days before if the construction was still ongoing and they said no it was complete. A total lie, I walked into a construction zone, with my toddler. The drilling was constant and relentless and she wasn’t able to nap due to all the noise. On top of this the mountain view room is not mountain view at all, the room with balcony you can’t step out onto the balcony as it’s taken up by the air con unit. *********** and I asked if we could cancel and therefore I could move to another hotel - they flat out refused. They also pretended not to be able to speak English even though the receptionist spoke in broken English then they went onto defame me to *********** saying I’m making it all up. I checked out asap as it wasn’t safe and I felt intimidated - they kept the money for the two nights and even though I didn’t stay there and they charged city tax on top. Total crooks. DO NOT STAY HERE - you will regret it.

The hotel is not finished - they still re-build. The rooms themselves were nice but too many things did not work. Breakfast is below standard. Noisy area at night.
