Very comfortable hotel and great breakfast, though the aircon in our room produced a musty smell. Good view of the lake but the hotel being up a hill, the view is a little distant.

Starting from front desk to F&B to housekeeping, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They all had a smile on their faces all the time.

The room facilities are indeed a bit old. The hair dryer does not work in the bathroom and the socket is broken, so I have to use it in the room. It is advertised that there is a laundry room and dryer, but there is actually no one. I wonder if there is something wrong with Ctrip's translation. The hotel is in a very good location. Well, it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's very close and convenient to Kandy Lake. The service is also very good. It's a chain hotel after all. There is a boy at the front desk who can speak very good Chinese. His professionalism is unquestionable. It's an older hotel, and the location is pretty good. It's halfway up the mountain, overlooking Kandy Lake. The small town of Kandy itself is not big, so it's enough to walk around for a day!

The a**osphere on the first floor is very good, the buffet breakfast and dinner are okay, but the steak is a bit old, and there are many kinds of tea ☕️, but the room is still a bit small!
