This hotel is nothing to write home about. In-room service was very poor. We were unable to access their in-room menu. No orientation of hotel services and facilities on check-in. This hardly qualifies as a four or five star hotel.

Great experience for our first trip in Nashville. Great walking distance from the main *****. The hotel itself has a nice roof top patio, great gym and a nice bar.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive, with a lot of good vibes and energy. However, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. Firstly, upon arrival, I realized that my room looked nothing like the pictures online. When I contacted reception, they informed me that the pictures were deceiving and had not been updated, which was disappointing. Secondly, the morning after our arrival, we discovered that the restaurant would be closed for the week of our stay. It would have been appreciated to have been informed about this beforehand. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was inconsistent. My sheets were not changed for several days until I requested it, and amenities were not replaced regularly. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel is otherwise pleasant.

The hotel is in a prime location in Printers Ally. It's also a short 5-8 minute walk to Broadway. There are many extra touches that the hotel offers, cute water bottles in the room, a nice coffee/water station on each floor, popcorn, etc. The hidden bar was fun too.

We enjoyed our time in Nashville and liked staying at Noelle. Highs and Real lows with some staff. Jared, at the front desk is a real buzz kill. Nasty and not helpful. That set the tone for dealing with him. Jasmine in the rooftop, amazing. I was charged for valet though we did not have a car. I'm still trying to get reimbursed. Jared took my call, lucky me. Waiting for credit to show up for 2 more nights of valet that wasnt us. Great location. Cool hotel.

A bit noisy at night with music and revelers but overall nice:) mattress needs to be flipped as there’s a big dent from sleepers.

I've stayed here twice and think it's a very well run hotel. Rooms are immaculate and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant in the basement is good.

This is a boutique hotel rich in history. It is in a great location, staff are super friendly and helpful (especially Wesley and Nash). Downside is the breakfast in the basement restaurant. It’s a great venue but the food is a solid C. Skip that part.
