Hello it was expensive to add the 45 dollars to each nights stay with parking. There was construction going on which couldn't be helped but it made things more difficult. Kitchen was closed and the breakfast was limited we never used it. They didn't even have decaf coffee. The most annoying part was we asked for one hour late check out and our keys didn't work when we returned and then room service came into our room so whom ever we asked for late check out never followed through making things disruptive. Also no room housekeeping service expect when requested was also a hassle because we forgot to ask and we were out of conditioner. These are small things but they equal to poor service.

The location was perfect location for exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do I. The French Quarter, but far enough removed it wasn’t too loud.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was awesome- huge shower! I do wish there was more storage, however we stayed for an extended stay, so for a weekend it would have been fine.
The staff was awesome and the building was awesome with lots of history and was super clean!

Would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect. Super close to everything in walking distance, but also just far enough away. Check in was easy, everything was clean, staff was really friendly. Excellent!!!

When I first got into the room the restroom reeked with the smell of urine. The housekeeper supervisor came and said” I don’t smell what you smell but I’m going to clean it.” When she left, I discovered that the toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance and the same housekeeping supervisor came to the door, The housekeeping supervisor said “is there another problem as thought it was my fault that their crap wasn’t working. And the thermostat wasn’t working and I was cold all night. I hate that place.
