"My chosen room was reasonably clean and tidy, and the 1.3-meter wide bed was perfectly adequate for one person. While the room itself is quite small, it's perfectly manageable for a solo traveler. However, there's a significant drawback that some guests might find inconvenient, especially women with large suitcases: you have to climb a very steep staircase from the ground floor to the first floor to access an extremely narrow elevator. This elevator can only fit one person and their luggage, with absolutely no room to turn around – it's unbelievably tiny.
The hotel consists of two buildings. Be absolutely sure not to accidentally book a room in the building where the front desk is located. I once mistakenly booked a room there and almost threw up from disgust. It was unimaginably and indescribably repulsive. The decor was dilapidated and dirty, there was a foul odor – it was just plain disgusting. I couldn't stand being in there for even a minute. I have no idea how anyone could possibly stay in such a place. I strongly insisted on being moved to the cleaner building. After that experience, whenever I book a room, I make sure to specifically request a room not in the front desk building. Unfortunately, this information isn't available when booking, so it's a roll of the dice. I'd rather stay up all night than sleep in that disgusting room. I've never encountered such dreadful decor and environment anywhere else. It's baffling why the hotel doesn't maintain clean, tidy, and odor-free rooms.
Despite its flaws, I've stayed here a few times because it's only a 750-meter walk from Galeries Lafayette, and off-season prices are relatively low, ranging from 700-800 to 1100-1200 RMB. However, I don't plan to stay here again if I can find a more suitable alternative. If you're on a tight budget, it might be an option when prices are low. But during peak season, it costs around 2500 RMB per night, which is absolutely baffling. For that price, you could stay in a 5-star hotel in China. Although the hotel claims to be 3-star, it doesn't even meet the standards of a budget chain hotel. The 'clean' building is comparable to an older, somewhat worn chain hotel in China, but the 'disgusting' building is something I've never encountered even in the most basic accommodations back home. Don't say I didn't warn you!
There was nothing worth photographing, so I didn't take any pictures. I'm also no longer in Paris as I write this review. The street outside the hotel always felt grimy, and beggars frequently sat on the ground near the entrance."
