The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

This is not our first, or even our fifth, time in Nha Trang, so there is something to compare with. So, let's begin. There is a sweet Russian-speaking girl at the reception who is trying to help you with all your questions. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean and fresh. The rooftop pool is not big, as is true in many hotels nearby, with the exception of Panorama. The room has bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea, water, toothbrushes, soap, etc. There is no razor. The gym is more for show - the machines are mainly for cardio. The location of the hotel is excellent - Radom Hotel Galina, diagonally opposite the Ibis. The beach is five minutes at a leisurely pace. The most important thing is that there are no construction sites nearby

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was not big but definetly very clean. A little fruit basket was waiting for us, wich was sweet. I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

I like the decoration of the hotel very much, the front desk and concierge service are good, smiling. Booked an ordinary room, but seen from the balcony, the sea view on the left and the city view on the right. We are two rooms and we have connected rooms. The BUT guy is a bit tricky. After we entered the room, we locked the door, and the children played in the friend's room. After a while, we went out directly from the friend's room. The door of China Unicom was closed by friends. . After returning, the most embarrassing thing in the world appeared. Both doors were closed. The one that can be opened with the room card is locked, and the other door has no handle and no lock hole. The manager on duty looked at it for a while, but couldn't find the engineering department. The engineering department waited for a while, so we wondered how to ”pry the door”. Finally a friend used a card to pry open the door of the Unicom door. Then the problem comes again, so prying the door is so easy, there is no sense of security. . If the acquaintance next door is not horrible. Then we picked up a bunch of car keys under the bed. Alas. The roof has a swimming pool and perfect sunset. Breakfast was also very good. There are many Korean guests. Of course, there are countless Korean guests throughout Nha Trang. After reading the comments, there is a building under construction next month. Indeed, a few months have passed and construction is still underway. Fortunately, the noise is not great, so it has no effect.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the location of the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Thank you very much for helping me upgrade to a sea-view room for free. The view from the balcony of the room is unforgettable. The swimming pool on the top floor overlooks the 360-degree view of the city of Nha Trang. I stayed there for four days and three nights and didn't want to go home. I can only say that the hotel's price/performance ratio is excellent value for money!
