Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. In the first room we were checked into, the TV did not work and the air conditioning did not work. We were offered another room. In the second room everything worked. Pros: Good location (2 highly rated massage parlors 5 minutes away, a coffee shop with inexpensive delicious coffee 2 minutes away, a cheap smoothie 1 minute away, and a 7-minute walk to the sea) Towels were changed and 2 bottles of water were given every day. Responsive staff (helped us find out information on returning bus tickets). Of the minuses: Poor internet (very slow on the 9th floor) At certain hours there was almost no hot water, often low pressure. No face towels (1 large towel per person). On the ground floor, where the reception is, visitors smoked several times. Right indoors, which is disgusting. I wouldn't want to check into a hotel when it stinks of cigarettes. This is the first time I've seen something like this, people smoking at the reception. Also, one of the hotel residents was smoking in the corridor, the smell of cigarettes was drawn into the room. There are cameras in the hotel, but no one cares, no one makes sure that they don’t smoke. Well, the main disadvantage is the sound insulation, because the ventilation goes out into the common corridor (you can hear all the conversations, as if someone is in your room). Well, 2 buildings away there is a bar-club, which makes it impossible to sleep after 10 pm. You can feel the vibration from the bass. And not about, but one name. Noise from the street passes through. For some reason there is a grill on the 9th floor window. In general, the room was quite clean and bright; there were no great demands on the hotel in terms of cleanliness for such a price. If you can't be woken up by a tank and you're a deep sleeper, then this hotel is suitable for you.

Super polite staff, cleaning every day (there are not enough do not disturb signs because they break in every day anyway) The price ratio is quite good for a stay for several days. The wear and tear on the interior has been replaced, but everything is as clean as possible.
