The staff were so lovely, especially the night security guard, he also waved goodbye and hello to us :) the staff were really helpful with everything and we couldn't have asked for better service. They also arranged our airport taxis for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I have been busy and I have not been free to comment. The younger sisters of the Yue female family are really enthusiastic service answers. I was worried about whether the 5-star praise was brushed out before booking, but from the WeChat consultation before booking (Miss Sister WeChat: wjy198877) to the group to actively provide help after booking. The response to some minor problems that occurred after check-in was very fast! And after leaving the store, I have been providing us with some help on the way. Thank you very much! Then evaluate the room, the real thing is basically no different from the photos on the Internet (this is the most worried issue before check-in), the only thing that needs improvement is much more trouble Miss sisters can check the facilities and equipment of the room after check-out, because the house is still very new, With the use of long and some guests will still have some minor problems, usually still more attention and check. I want to start with the pluses: very good location, beach across the road, lots of shops on the first floor, cafes. Now the downsides: we were shocked that the apartments were wildly dirty. Furniture in spots, tables filled with some drinks, stove in the residue of dry food, floor sticky and dirty, toilets dirty, plumbing in wild divorces. The first day simply put the order: washing the floor with the means, washing the chef on the couch, washing soft chairs and chairs, washing filters in the air conditioners (their 3) and washing the curtains. If you are ready for what you need to put your strength to get out, the apartments recommend. The photo was taken on the day of departure, the dirt we went in, unfortunately, did not take a photo.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

I booked a room for a family, and the hotel gave the opportunity to check in early, but due to the season, the family did not use all the services of the hotel and only checked out in the morning, but the staff took care of it very well.
