Azumakan

The cloudy hot spring was nice. If it were a little closer, I would like to visit it regularly. One thing that bothered me was that while I was getting changed before the bath, the person cleaning the floor said "Excuse me" and moved me, who was almost naked. Shouldn't they have waited a little before cleaning? This was the only time I was bothered by this. Other than that, the staff were all kind and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was pretty average, but the breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety. The coffee was too weak, so I would be happy if they offered something a little stronger.

I've been to Dake Onsen a few times but had passed up this inn until now. I decided to stay for the first time as it had been renovated and was neat and tidy. The hot spring was as expected of Dake Onsen. The cloudy white water was of good quality. The temperature felt a little hot but the water was good. The inside of the building had an open feel, but it was a shame that cleaning couldn't keep up with the small details and there was lots of trash scattered around. It ruined the a**osphere of the inn so I hope they do something about it. Meals were served buffet style. The menu was well replenished so there was no problem even if I arrived at the restaurant late. The staff were also friendly so I would consider this as one of the possible inns to stay at Dake Onsen.

Drinks in the lounge included free coffee and apple juice. After dinner, there was a cold water pot in the room, which was helpful since it was summer and I wanted to drink lots of water. The food was a buffet, with plenty of beef steak, sashimi, tempura, and vegetables. Are carrots and squid pickled in soy sauce the local dish? I thought it would be nice to have more local side dishes. The bath was cloudy with a sulfur smell and stayed warm forever, which was great.
