The place is tired & worn out. Thumb up for the 3 baths (outside and inside hot spring), thumb down for the food. Very disappointed by Heike's okaribayaki that looks great on photos but didn't taste good. I wonder if that was because we were part of a tour group. The less variety but the better quality of food would be appreciated.

I went with my family of 5, and the ingredients were all different sizes. There was mold on the cherry tomatoes in the salad. Even when I turned on the faucet, no water came out.

アーリーチェックインのツアーだったが、通常の時間までひたすらロビーで待たされた。ウェルカムドリンクなども一切なし。配布アメニティは薄いタオルと歯ブラシ1本のみ。お狩場料理は冷たいまま炉に刺されているだけで自分で焼く。肉も刺身もほんの一口分。従業員は挨拶はするもののEVがきたら客が待っているのにとっとと先に乗って行く始末。高い料金を払って行く宿ではない。サービスもアメニティも割安チェーンホテルの方がよほど気が効いている。

湯西川温泉にある旅館。湯西川温泉の旅館では日帰り入浴を受付ているところはほとんどありませんが、こちらでは日帰り入浴を受付されています。ただし入浴料は1150円。内湯は循環、塩素あり、露天は塩素あり、かけ流しと表示されています。湯温は高めでした。渓流ぞいにあります。玄関前に飲泉所があるのはよかった。
