Our dining experience at Tycoons at The Welcome Heritage, Ayatana, Ooty, was nothing short of amazing. We remained in Conoor and went to celebrate my son's birthday. The resort staff was highly attentive, competent, and seemed genuinely delighted to have us there. We felt inspired and really felt wonderful on my son's third birthday. Wesley and his team deserve credit for keeping the restaurant and other public places in excellent condition. My children treasured the memories and liked the ***y thanks to chef Ram and Karthik for the delicious food and cake. We love the location and the whole ambience of the resort; it's a great and perfect place to rejuvenate and celebrate. Suresh was quite helpful in arranging the ride on time.Finally, as we were leaving, I was honoured and happy to meet the Resort's general ***ager, Mr. Rajiv Mathew. The welcome heritage ***agement team is fortunate to have such a gentle*** to administer the calm resort. Our family truly appreciative to everyone for their outstanding service.Furthermore, we can't wait to return here to celebrate my daughter's birthday in January 2025.

Absolutely loved my stay at the resort! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure every moment was enjoyable. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service, it was a truly memorable experience. Evening Trek with naturalist Mr.Akhil was extraordinary. I would like to thank the entire team for their kind gesture to surprise us with cake and room decor, and making our anniversary more special. Can't wait to visit again! A great place to relax and unwind. Had the most amazing two days in the property, everything was so well done. There was such care and attention taken by every member of the staff, from the moment we entered till we left. We didn’t feel the need to step out, as they had so ***y things for us to do and see, from the nature walks to games like croquet and archery. The restaurant here has great food, even if you aren’t staying at the property, it’s worth visiting just for the food. But, the best part of the property are the people who work there and their dedication to making sure each and every guest has the best time when they visit.

The best experience I ever had. It was the most relaxing and pleasant trip. The resort is very relaxing. The staff and the ***agement is very professional and very cooperative. The food at the restaurant is very good. The views from the resort is just out of the world. They also have ***y mini games which all age groups will enjoy. A must visit resort

Staff is really polite and on their toes catering to all our needs. Chef Negi, Ram, Suresh and Vimal really made the experience exemplary. A highly recommended property. The food was amazing and delicately catered to Veg and Jain needs. The room and view are breathtaking

A great place to stay and relax. Room is spacious. The property is new, and they are in the process of constructing SPA and GYM which are very important. The hotel has very hospitable staff to take care of your needs! I recommend this hotel for couple and those with children! to stay and rejuvenate Advice: Please dd "fish" to the buffet menu frequently, and also make more vivid choices.

Excellent place to spend your holidays. The ambience of the resort was standout ***** with the hospitality. The food was amazing with a wide variety of spreads from Indian to continental. The activities like the swimming pool, rope walk, Croquet and kids park kept us occupied throughout our stay. Not to forget to mention about the nature walk through the tea gardens and experiencing a good valley view. Overall a good place to relax and escape from the busy world.

We had a wonderful experience in Ayatana Ooty.Resort is surrounded with tea garden.Awesome valley view from rooms and restaurant.It was very relaxing and memorable trip.We will definitely plan again to this resort.Staffs were very caring and very fast service.

We booked Ayatana Ooty based on reviews and location. From booking to getting there was a great experience. The resort deserves a 5* rating for the location itself with lovely views of Tea gardens and valleys. The rooms are amazing especially the garden facing ones with private sit out for a pleasant morning tea or evening drink. The next best thing - the staff. Amazingly courteous and friendly. The food options were sufficient and all residents got personal attention breakfast to lunch. Exec Chef Ramachandran (for awesome local food options) and Front desk ***agers Suresh and Rajiv were always available to help on specific needs. Overall a fantastic get away experience. Will go again.
