The hotel is great. From check in to check out everything was excellent. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were prepared for us so that we could use them straight away. It was clean and there was a healthy welcome snack. The breakfast buffet was breathtaking. It's a shame that you get so full so quickly that you can't try everything. The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a room with a river view and the lights in the evening were beautiful. Definitely recommendable. Thank you!

The room is comfortable and clean, and the service staff is friendly and attentive. Since we did not reserve the buffet in advance, we were informed that the restaurant had been booked by a group when we arrived that day. Manager Guo immediately coordinated and arranged for us to switch to the Italian restaurant on the second floor to enjoy the set menu. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we were full. Hahaha. In the evening, they called us about our taste and asked if we needed any help. Xiao Yu, the concierge, gave us a surprise. It was so welcoming. I will stay at the Sheraton next time I go to Ningbo.

Everything is great: location, service and cleanliness. Very nice and big bathroom with a lovely bathtub with an amazing view. Very cosy, soft bed. The only little thing - the window can be opened only with a help of the housekeeper (she has the ”opener”), which is not very convenient. All the rest is good. Thank you for a great service.

Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.

There are a bus stop opposite and a lots of bikes/scooters on the opposite pavement, the location is good for those who would like to use public transport. You can also take a walk to shopping malls near there ~ 300m. Tianyi Pavilion & Nantang Old Street is not very far from here, you can ride a bike, take a bus or grab a didi, i remembered around only 4-5km. Since our travel plan was changed last minute, we just stayed here one night and cancelled the another night to go to Putuoshan which is around 100km from Ningbo

The service was awesome. As we had gone to attend a party, we didn’t have the opportunity to try out the breakfast. But the rooms were very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. From the outside (for this branch) it looks like a nondescript budget hotel, but in the room it’s impressive. The staff were also kind to gift us some fruits and short-eats. A big thank you for that. The staff also arranged free parking, which is a big plus for parking deficient Ningbo. Overall very satisfied and would try this brand during next visit.

The location is in the Tianyi Square business district, a short walk from the subway, and there are several noodle restaurants in my collection nearby. You can walk directly to the Qianye Club and the Old Bund. Recommend to eat Ninghai Restaurant and Weird Lobster, both are delicious!
