The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper and a personal item went right down the drain. The toilet would also bubble and boil in the middle of the night for no reason. The hot water took quite a while to get hot, but was fine once it did. Breakfast was amazing as always as we prefer the fresh omelettes. However, the pancakes were rubbery, thin, and not good at all. It wasn't too far from restaurants and shopping if you are there to do that as well. The conditioner was nearly empty. Staff was very friendly and courteous though.

Check in was great and attendant was very pleasant. There must be a lot of events happening because the pool was crowded & LOUD. Restaurant was closed for a private event, so we grabbed some chips at the desk and called it a night. Room has an uncomfortable smell, but seems clean.

One thing that was unique; was the service provided by everyone. The check in was great, checking out was great, the bartender was great, and even everyone that assisted with breakfast were all smiles and more than willing to help with anything. It’s rare that employees in ALL phases of a hotel are so helpful and nice. One thing I would have liked is a late check out, but I was denied and told they couldn’t give me one. I accepted it because even the young lady on the call was polite about it and not rude. This was a great experience!

Hotel was nice, but a little outdated. The bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner. $10/car per night to park your own car is a little much. Front desk staff was friendly.

There was an event for a private group on Chris**as Eve that was loud until 1:00 am. I have stayed at the facility in the past around Chris**as; however, this year they made it clear that they were charging for parking which was unacceptable. There is nothing else near the hotel that would cause others to use the parking and there was no need to charge people staying at the hotel to pay to park there in addition to cost of the room. This will prevent me from staying there in the future.

The mattress on the fold out had a disgusting, dirty sheet. Also the bathroom was not as clean as it has been in the past. Saw a bug on the floor. No meat on the buffet for breakfast. We’ve stayed 4 times, last year the heat wasn’t working, this year gross & dirty! Probably will not be back.

Everything was quick an easy! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We where in town for our daughters state cheer competition an from the time we arrived to the time we left the whole staff was wonderful!! Me and my husband enjoyed the bar which the restaurant an bar staff where a true joy to be around!! Thank you all for a wonderful time can’t wait to stay again
