Heritage Mews Nottingham

Have to mark it down to 3* mainly for the reason of a £250 deposit that needs to be paid before you get there. If it wasn't for this very high deposit, I would have marked it 4 as the suite is very nice and has plenty of space. Bed is very comfortable and has almost everything you need. Nespresso machine is a nice touch, and the price of the suite is pretty good for the location. It's just that deposit that is just too high, and they hold on to it for a week.

I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected. - I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel” - The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room - there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp treatment/care

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out. Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

This hotel is just excellent for anyone who is considering a short trip to Nottingham for a few days. The furnishings is very new, modern and clean. I live in the Jacquard suite, and it is a romantic room with a view especially in the evening. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is very helpful. The hotel staff is very nice, I made twice calls for help (first time a question on how to operate the AI remote control and another call about late check out) and my questions all solved immediately. The location of the hotel is also excellent, near to Nottingham train station and bus station.

I booked this apartment as the photos looked stunning. As soon as I arrived, I was unfortunately disappointed by the general state of the property. Every single material surface was completely grubby with a whole load of stains. Dirty sofa, ‘clean bed linen’ was tarnished with stains, huge scuffs and marks upon every wall. Very disappointed as I paid nearly £300 for a 2 night stay. Not luxury at all. A large hotel would’ve provided more cleanliness. Unfortunately won’t be staying again :(

Literally the worst stay I have ever had. First night the couple in the upstairs room spent from m 1am until 1.30 running around screeching. Second night had blaring music from midnight until early hours. Literally made me I'll due to stress and no sleep. Room was reasonable but needs a good clean. Fake plants were thick with dust and the fridge dirty.

We stayed in tatting for 1 night. The room did not resemble the pictures, all the lovely touches we were expecting were not there, the bed did not have the frame and the canopy, the room was overall looking in need of some TLC with damp marks and stained carpets. The room was extremely hot when we arrived, we put the air conditioning on which leaked water all through the night constant dripping which prevented us from sleeping. We couldn’t turn it off as it was too warm in The room. The room was dusty and not well cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood, the shower lacked power and to top it off we had paid for late check out (until 12) and someone walked into our room to clean at around 10.15 a.m while I was walking naked to the shower. Very poor value at around £250 for the night
