Stayed for one night on a trip home. While the property is a little older, the room was very clean & comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. Customer service staff were friendly and accommodating even after I arrived late at night. Would recommend to those passing through, as there are not many options in the area. Seems to book up quickly with the National Park nearby.

We stayed here for a weekend. It’s a great price for a decent room. I had no issues. The service was good, the room was fine, could be updated but overall fine. Good value for the money!

Room HVAC was old style under-window unit that has blower run all the time when using for AC or heat. No thermostat, Crude temperature setting, was hard to get comfort level, and constant fan tends to make me a bit sick.

Overall, the accommodations were acceptable but not as good as other Comfort Inns I've stayed at. The tub had permanent spots that I initially thought were dirt, and it was missing the plug, so I couldn't fill it for a warm soak after hiking. The TV in the breakfast area didn't work, so I couldn't watch the news over breakfast unless I took my food up to my room, which would be messy. The hot breakfast was good, though.

The Breakfast offered left much to be desired. Actual hot oatmeal would have been nice - not just instant. Actual OJ, not some orange colored drink.

We chose this facility based on its rating; then, when we arrived, we learned that they offer guests a chance to win a prize if they will give the facility a 10 rating. No wonder it had an 8.5/10! Also, we booked two nights; we did not have maid service while we were out during the day—we were told that we had to specifically request it—but no one told us that!

Solid hotel for a one night stay with kids. They loved the breakfast. Everything was clean and fairly comfortable. The one weird thing was that the window curtains don't cover the window, there is only a sheer curtain to block out the light. So we pinned them together - we weren't the first. Bring a safety pin!
