The customer service by the foreigner at the front desk is the worst. It was the first time in the customer service business that it was so terrible that I returned immediately after the cancellation fee the next day I stayed for one night. I feel quite bad when I ask an unexpected question to the other side, whether I will be exposed to an unpleasant face or not. I absolutely do not know how to respond to Japanese or unexpected situations. Even if it is cheap, there is no such customer service on the side that pays the accommodation fee. Also, it is written that there is a coin laundry, but it is left in the failure, and when it listens to the front desk, the above attitude is left. I don't have employee education clearly. I won't go again. I don't care if I'm a person who can divide such a customer because it's cheap? The employees who can only serve the confectionery are very unpleasant. I don't want to use the business hotel itself for a while. Really the worst hotel. I will never go again. I will never go again. Worst. I think it's okay to compare, but I felt that the greeting attached to the work of the intellectually disabled person was more comfortable. The worst hotel. I just want to say that. I won't go again. Understand that it is ”set menu only”. Even though it is a business hotel in front of the station, Sunday starts at 7 o'clock 30 minutes later than weekdays. It seems to be entrusted to the tavern on the same floor as the front desk, and even if it is explained, the location is not clear, and it cannot be seen from the front desk. When I left the hotel at 7:30 and headed for the store, there was a person in the chair in front of me. However, there is no tag saying that you are waiting, so when you say breakfast in the store, you will say, ”Please wait in front.” When you try to write the name, there is no such thing. However, it seems that you should sit in the corridor and wait until the order comes. I heard that I took out, but I didn't. I have to leave for work, but this will miss eating breakfast ... When I returned to the front desk and explained the situation to the hotel staff, the hotel did not know the situation at all. I'll go to the breakfast shop together and listen to the situation. Finally, the first people started to leave, and luckily, the previous people were all group guests, so I sat at about 8:45. When I entered, the set was only the main, and a little buffet was added. Moreover, it is understood that only up to 8 people (groups) can enter the store in the form of a private room izakaya. With this, there is a great possibility that I couldn't enter the store even if I waited forever, and I think it is disqualified as breakfast at a business hotel. Don't throw the hotel round, understand what the situation is and improve it.

Perfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10

Every morning, you can eat white rice and rice cooked in Okayama rice. This is quite delicious and breakfast is better than other Toyoko Inn. The shortest convenience store is available without family and umbrellas. You can bring the morning edition of the local newspaper, the Sanyo Shimbun, for free in the room. The coin laundry is also ２ dryer, and the user fills the room number on the whiteboard.

Is a nice and new Dormy Inn. But a really long walk from the station. During winter, it would be very painful experience. I was given a room on the second floor ( despite this is already the room of higher grade ) and I can see clearly people on the street and I believe they can see me too. I had to close the curtain all the time. This would not be a hotel of my top choice if is about the same price of other hotel close to the station.

I walked from the station without using the underground road. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, but when you approach it, you can't tell the location of the hotel. You can see the chloropil beauty face and the signboard of the music classroom. I went back after passing by. There is a coffee, plum kobucha, and consomme soup stack at the front desk. Because of the rack that seems to be a newspaper holder. There is one elevator. The room can only be placed in a limited position with a chair hanging in the bed and refrigerator. The TV is large close to the wall hanging. It is limited to the top of the bed to see from the front. A metal beaker is a hot water heater. Two bags of tea in a tay bag. If you lose the key, you will receive 10,000 yen or if you find an empty can with a suction shell, you will receive a cleaning fee and 20,000 yen. The TV remote control does not have a subtitle button. The temperature setting for air conditioning can be both cold and warm. The computer on the first floor has a chair and one. It seems that only microsoft edge can be used. There is no newspaper in the rack in the morning. The drinking state that was less the night before is replenished.
