Плюсы: Рядом см.м.Ботаническая и остановки общественного транспорта, магазины 5ка, Магнит и др. Миниотель расположен на первом этаже жилого дома, но тихо, зелено. Доступ в отель круглосуточно по магнитному ключу. Номер оснащен телевизором и минибаром (работают), есть кондиционер (не пользовались), одноразовые тапочки. В санузле тоже все исправно, есть мыло,гель,шампунь (в саше). Завтрак нужно выбрать и заказать заранее, в т.ч. время. Остались довольны и сыты. На столе в номере есть пара стаканов, в холле куллер с горячей/холодной водой. Ежедневно в номер на столе ставят бутылочку воды. Приятный персонал. Спасибо за теплый прием Минусы: Далеко от центра и основных достопримечательностей, но компенсируется близостью к метро. В день заезда пришлось разбираться по поводу того, что забронирован "2-местный номер (с завтраком)(18кв.м)", как указано в Подтверждении бронирования. У администратора отмечено, что без питания. Хорошо, что у нас было распечатано на бумаге. Разобрались благополучно.
