This room was so nasty. The floor was so sticky. There was no toilet paper. Only 2 pillows and 2 towels, 1 washcloth. The people cold not speak English therefore you could not communicate with them. There was no remote control. It was a place for drug activity. I took pictures. Because I could not believe that a place like that was not condimed. I could not get a hold of anyone from trip.Com or the hotel itself. Very disappointed.

After checking in, I walked up to my room to find not a single chair in the room. Nor a towel. Nor a a blanket, only a sheet. Several beetles crawling around at different points. Would never stay here again unless there was no other option.

Property is a older property and was in the middle of renovations; the biggest issue I had was that their internet, was next to useless, and the cable TV non-functional.

The price for the room amazing but the hotel it’s self claimed to be smoke free it WAS NOT it reeked so bad of cigarettes in the whole building. It had a deep tub and a nice walk in shower but the keys didn’t work in the tub. The shower was fine the toilet was very wobbly and the bathroom it’s self very small. The room is large and has a pull out couch but it was so disgusting and stained we didn’t even want my kid to sleep on it. Doesn’t look like they clean to well if some things was replaced and a deep clean was done it wouldn’t be bad.

Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. No shades on the lamps. No back on the remote and we had to unplug the TV to get it turned off. No phone in the room. The whole place is tagged and one room had music blasting Abbe the door slamming all night. Even if it was quiet the bed and pillows where so lumpy we wouldn’t have been able to sleep.

i waited for an hour at the front desk and no one showed up to check me and my friends in. we ended up leaving and going somewhere else before they called us and told us to come back. we had already paid so we did. the place reeked of mold and cigarettes

We ultimately ended up not even staying. Hotel smelled foul and old food ground into hallway carpets. Holes in the wall along with people running around yelling and partying. We took one look at the room and went back down to get a refund at the front desk.

I arrived at 3:00pm check in time . I booked the reservation previously at that point. When i got my email itinerary out showed the hotel employee . He says it wasn’t confirmed though so u couldn’t check in. I then called ******* ,stayed on the phone for 2 hours and kept on hold over and over gave my phone to the desk clerk to speak with ******* rep and they concluded that it was an error in/on their end .they said I had to speak with an ******* manager who wasn’t fhere at the time They said it could take up until tomorrow before ******* confirms the reservation. So I literally stood stuck in that lobby waiting patiently. I never got to make contact with the ******* I was on for. I never stayed in the room

Please do not stay here. This is by far the most disgusting motel I’ve ever been in. We walked into the room and immediately left. First my husband used the restroom so they charged us for one night. Drug paraphernalia in the side drawer. Bed and pillows looked like they came from a crack house. Walls and lights were busted and broken. Plumbing did not work. This building needs to be torn down. Guy working the front desk was rude. Pics on here are so deceitful.

The place was nothing like the pics online. I mena nothing. Only had a sheet and very thin blanket. The place smelled really bad. Asked for towels cuz I had to use mine to clean the water from the air conditioner. Never got the towels. Asked for extra pillow cuz we had one for a king bed never got it. No soap or wash clothes. The lock on door was broke so felt unsafe all night. Was no smoking room but smelled like cigarettes and death. Shower and entire bathroom need some tile work and needed to be cleaned. Elevator smellled worse than the room and sounded like it was going to break at any moment. Was gonna use stairs but there was always someone there just hanging being creepy.

Disgusting and left as soon as we checked in. Was just cleaned and smelled of awful cleaning chemicals. Check in was at 3 and we didn’t arrive til after 6. Not acceptable

There was someone at the desk when we checked in but that was it. The window in our room was duct taped and there were no covered on light fixtures or lamps. The sheets had burn holes and not just a few, big painfully sharp burn marks. I feared for my health staying here. I dropped the ball and had to find the cheapest room and paid for it in comfort. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars a night to not have to stay here. The carpets were so dirty the halls had people sleeping in it. The elevator smelled like pee and the door to the stairway stuck and I had to use my entire body to push it open every time. Not exactly safe in a fire. This motel needs to be torn down. Leveled into a parking garage would be the smartest financial move for them.
