The stay was very good. Room cleaning was adequate, breakfast was very good. As points for improvement, I recommend faster check-in and instructing sales promoters who are spread around the pool area not to insist when a guest refuses to approach them. Some are even inconvenient.

Cool hotel, with an excellent water park and lots of leisure options (especially for children). The room left a little to be desired due to the lack of comfort. For the price paid it could be better. Check in took a long time because there was little staff to handle the large number of people. Few elevators. There are people at the hotel approaching you to sell quotas for new developments… that’s unnecessary. Otherwise ok.

The stay was good for the period (high season), but the hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired, I was at the hotel other times and was disappointed with how much the quality of the food fell, for the prices I paid for half board it would have been more worth it have dinner outside the hotel, as today the city has many options and they are much cheaper than the hotel, another point is the prices, everything is absurdly expensive, if you really want to visit, prepare your wallet.

The hotel is absurdly full, which directly affects the quality of everything. It's a mix of a hotel with people who buy shares. A real mess. The pools are all very dirty. Water is cloudy and full of hair and you can see the oil above the water. The only part of the hotel that is clean is the restaurant. The corridors and stairs I don't think have ever seen a broom. So don't even mention the bed. A double bed with two single mattresses. There is a gap in the middle. Horrible. I never intend to return and I think this property denigrates the “Wyndham” image that is world famous. I've been to other Wyndham properties that have nothing to do with this standard of quality
