This propert was awesome when it opened a few years ago but is slowly falling into disrepair. The breakfast buffet was only ever half stocked, often out of dishes. Room had dirty grout, the shower didn’t drain, and the toilet wasn’t properly seated. Felt like I had to bring my own Lysol. There for 5 days visiting family and never had room service even though we asked once. We used to love it here because it fit our family well but we will try another place next trip.

The shower had no pressure, was poorly lit. There was a gap in the door so it wasn't blocking the sound from outside. The wires where exposed everywhere, and even the water pipes in the bathroom where exposed.

Poop was not in order. Lots of confusion at front desk with our reservation took then over 30 minutes to check us in. Didn't accomodate rooms next to eachother even though I had reserved two rooms.

Booking this Hotel was very easy . I had no issues at the front desk and the staff was very pleasant . My room was clean , the breakfast was ok it was kind of cold and bland . The area around the hotel was convenient there were plenty of food spots , grocery stores etc. overall my stay was pleasant I would stay here again .

First of all we were greeting in the evening with a not very friendly lady at the front desk. I guess we were inconveniencing her by checking in. I did notice the morning front staff was a lot nicer. The hallway to our room smelled of cat pee and the floors were filthy. I was shocked at the condition of our room Because we just stayed at a Home2Suites in Port Canaveral and it was super nice. We were afraid to eat the breakfast since the condition of the hotel was so bad. The morning I left I went to go put our luggage in our car and came back to the elevator to find dog poop on the floor. We were happy to leave!

Everyone was very nice and kind. Room was clean - breakfast was excellent!!

When we tried checking in the system was down and nobody could not check in. We had to go eat dinner and come back a few hours later. The room was not fully cleaned. The carpet was stained and overall the room is beat down. Would not come stay here again, not for the price.

Staff was awesome and the room was very large. Perfect for a family.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, the staff was not very kind or helpful. The breakfast choices were terrible. No hot options. When you pay that much for a hotel, you should be provided with a nice, hot breakfast.

Enjoyed it! Will stay again!!

Website said breakfast, was the reason this property was chosen over others (to avoid stopping along road for breakfast), but wasn’t there and staff didn’t know why
