Reserved a standard king room, the bed made so much noise and was so uncomfortable was hard to sleep. Showerbwas half ice cold half warm.

Busy downtown Omaha due to state sporting events. The hotel is on a busy street and was very noisy. It’s across from College World Series ball field and it’s a little “beat up” in terms of woodwork, furnishings. It obviously gets a lot of lodging traffic. It was clean and staff were friendly. Parking was a challenge in the hotel parking area but we did not get charged for parking. Fairly convent location.

Would never book a hotel here again, it’s already very spendy, on top of it you get charged for parking! That’s a Joke! Seriously what a slap in the face!

Good price and location for an event at CHI. Hotel oversold King rooms, so I had to take a double since I booked through a third party, Orbitz. Staff was helpful and offered a credit if I could get an Orbitz rep to contact the hotel directly so the hotel could pay Orbitz, and Orbitz could refund me. (I have not actually gone through that process yet)

The room was nice and the staff was great. They also provided a good breakfast every morning. You can easily walk around downtown and if you're attending an event at the CHI Center, it's close enough to walk to as well.

You have to pay to park in a lot that has limited spots. They did say if their lot was full to use the lot at the neighboring hotel, which was also full, so a lot of people ended up parking wherever, which had me worried about our vehicle getting hit. Otherwise it was fine and clean, but room has some things that were a little broken down like the wall around the heating unit and the elevators could have used a good cleaning.
