The staff were professional. When l booked the mini room which indicated as single double bed, the staff advice to upgrade to standard as my son were not exactly small size. The room was great. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious.

夜宵寫的是晚8點到晚9點，我晚上九點多到的酒店，一進房間都已經給準備好了，非常的温馨，酒店的早餐也非常豐富～

優點，酒店早點很不錯，周圍吃飯方便，床挺舒服。
缺點，酒店沒有自助洗衣，要收費，帶孩子很不方便；25樓服務員態度很強硬，將近六百的房間要兩瓶水都不給，和前台説送了兩瓶；
開房房卡給錯了，進不去，和25樓服務員要小童拖鞋和牙刷還嘟囔下次收費，態度及其不耐煩，體驗感較差。

1.前台客服不解決問題，訂單時寫的送兩份夜宵，一份都沒有送。問前台，前台説五一都不送……我聽到別人送了，他説那可能送完了……反正現在沒有了！
坐電梯時聽到別人説夜宵有水果啥的，還聽到服務員對講機裏收到語音傳送:給哪個房間多送點水果，送好點兒的……
對比反差太明顯，導致入住不舒服，也不是要多送，起碼訂房時寫的要有吧！
2.晚上睡覺，衞生間自動開燈，點了關燈，剛躺床上衞生間又自動開燈了。給前台客服打電話，客服説是感應的，問怎麼關，説不知道，説問完給回覆，然後一直沒有等到回電話……不負責任
床的左邊是衞生間，一整晚開着燈，睡不好，對出遊比較有影響！
3.房間開窗户沒有紗窗，晚上開燈蚊子🦟就進來了……
優點 早餐不錯！地理位置也可以
